2011 BMW 730D N57 with 60k miles on the clock. Inlet valves walnut blasting and manifold cleaning.

Something for Hyundai fans today. We have been asked to walnut blast nice 2012 Hyundai Veloster 1.6 T-GDI, turbo, petrol, 185 bhp (remapped for more power) with 54k on the clock. However these engines look to be designed well (BMW shame on you! 😂) and not very affected by inlet valves carbon deposit at that mileage. Manifold off so blasted anyway just in case but with no significant difference before and after this time.

2010 BMW F10 520d N47 with stretched, noisy chain at 101k. Full timing chain kit replacement.

Nice BMW 135i N54 coupe in white getting stock turbos rebuilt with brand new cores and uprated wastegate flappers. Car was smoking intermittently when coming to a stop due to bad turbo seals.

Very nice and very well maintained black BMW E90 335i N54 with 70k only. Some common work done: new, uprated turbo wastegate flappers, inlet valves decoked, stock downpipes gutted and PE mod.

Lovely 2014 Audi RS4 FSI Quattro 4.2l V8 450 bhp getting inlet valves walnut blasted. 52k miles on the clock.

Can't resist sharing this 645ci V8 N62 beauty again. Last time got PE mod done for crazy sound now coming back for brand new valve stem seals.

Birth of the beast 😈 BMW E90 335i N54 - brand new Frankenturbo hybrids replacing twin stockers with bad seals and flappers. 2" inlets, 3" downpipes, walbro 450 stage 2 fuel pump and more supporting mods. 💪

2012 BMW F30 335i N55 with 48k on the clock. Inlet valves with some carbon deposit but not that bad like N54s with similar mileage. Walnut blasted anyway for customer's peace of mind.

Mint 2007 Mini R56 1.6 John Cooper Works GTT 210 bhp getting brand new valve stem seals.

And another BMW Z4 E89 N54 35i with modified exhaust - gutted downpipes and back box PE mod (stock tune).

Some common problems sorted on this nice 2009 BMW E89 Z4 N54 35i: uprated turbo wastegate flappers, intake valve walnut blasting, cracked rocker cover replacement and oil filter housing gaskets.

2010 Mini Cooper Clubman 1.6 D N47, 145k miles - small thing with big problems... Saved at the last minute with brand new shell bearings, full timing chain kit (among others) and loads of cleaning/decoking.

Nice and very rare 2006 BMW E91 335i N54 Touring/Estate M-Sport with 114k miles on the clock. Unfortunately not free from common 30FF wastegate flappers problem and bad intake valves carbon deposit...
