This day last year I walked behind as they wheeled my daughter into the theatre for brain surgery. She didn’t know how serious it was and the potential risks.
Birmingham children’s hospital is amazing. The surgeons Mr Rodrigues and Mr Solanki want to do even better for more kids. So we are raising money for them to buy a ultrasound machine that can be used in operations.
Carla is cycling from our house to Birmingham children’s on sat 21st July along the canal. She hasn’t be...en able to practice because it’s been so hot, so it really will be a massive struggle for her. She’d love to be able to give her surgeons as much as poss.

They are your own skin, but with pressure it builds up and you are walking on them so they press into your skin. They feel like bits of grit.
👍🏻 We take them out, but they’ll come back... so if you really want them not to return you need to get rid of the pressure...

So many people have a problem with weak gluts and a hip drop when running... including me...!! Maybe that’s why a few of us get a bit of a stiff back after running. Here’s a great exercise for it....

Very busy week!! Advanced biomechanics and gait analysis update... 11.5 hours in total...1200 PowerPoint slides...

When you have foot pain, depending on what’s wrong, there maybe a few different treatments available.
It could be that just some strengthening or stretching is appropriate, and perhaps taping or acupuncture.
Footwear has a massive effect on feet, and so does how your foot sits inside the shoe. We can alter this position by inserting orthoses... here’s a little video to explain more.
