Lyrical Pole Workshop- Pole Danceability We will be working on Feelings, Intention and Precision of movement. Learn a pole flow that will get you to express yourselves through movement creating fluidity and engagement. Get people to see you with their hearts as well as with their eyes. In this workshop, we will be using Contemporary Dance techniques, utilising the floor, bottom of pole. No tricks required.... £15 each. If you have attended another group class on the same week, you get 10% off, making it £13.50. Limited Spaces. This workshop is suitable to all levels. Everyone attending tomorrows classes must be booked by tonight midnight please. Being it's the England game, I don't wanna show up to an empty studio please ladies or if we don't have enough people, we can have a single session. I care about England football team but I care about Pole a bit more 😄 I am happy to catchup results later. Let me know your thoughts xxx

Aerial Photoshoot. Pole, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock or Yoga. Ghost Photography is back at our studio for 2 days photographing our gorgeous students after some amazing shots last year. It's £70 with 5 edited pictures. Because this is a popular event and it is yearly and there are only 20 spaces, we need a deposit of £10 to reserve space and full payment by the end of July. Slots cost per half an hour but I normally group people in 2 for a full hour so that you can take turns and gives you a breathing space between one move and the next. Any questions please let me know. Xxx

Wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else to learn pole. Been going to classes with Pole Effect for about four years now and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Made some amazing friends and learnt things I never thought were possible!

The poles are all 45mm and can do both spin/static. Often lessons focus on using spinny pole, but there is a good mix.



Vania as a teacher is fantastic. She is patient, adaptable and professional. You can expect to learn things the correct way from the start - the syllabus is great, with basic moves setting the foundations for more complex moves.



There are classes working on flexibility and others in the group are fun, friendly and supportive.



What sets this school aside is the focus on performance. You always feel like you are building towards something. It is so much fun and it has been instrumental in getting me over an injury whilst building my strength and making me more flexible than I've ever been. Really feel it complements the other sports I do.



So try this. You won't regret it.
