Went to power point this morning as ordered a fridgefreezer from Currys to be delivered on Tuesday after waiting 8 days for it then to be a non delivery and not even a phone call nothing absolutely disgusted

Got to powerpoint at about 9.30 to see if got 1 and yes they had

I explained my situation as I'd got rid of my old one on Tuesday as thought was getting new and my little girl in kidney failure and has medication that needs to go in fridge

Gary was absolutely amazing and his bent over backwards to see if could get it delivered

Rang the drivers Phil and james to ask if could add it on

I had a fridgefreezer in my kitchen at 12.30



All I can say is absolutely cracking service and a big massive Thankyou from me

We had a problem with our dishwasher and PowerPoint Stores were recommended to us. We had a quick response to our request for an engineer to come and look at it. They came the next day. They were efficient and identified the problem immediately. It was fixed there and then and we are very happy customers. We would highly recommend the business.

Thank you Sharron, Phil and Lee. This was a team effort. I was taking out a double oven, to be replaced by a single oven and microwave. I was having horrendous trouble getting an oven shelf. I called Sharron and she spoke to Phil, and they brought one and cut down to size. No extra charge, thanks guys, really appreciate you doing this for us.

Purchased a new cooker yesterday from Powerpoint Oakengates.

Service was excellent, had it delivered today and the guys were very professional delivering, removing the old one,and fitting the new one (it works and I'm very pleased with it) thanks again for the excellent service..

Problem with a washing machine, only 14months old (just out of warranty). Rang washing machine maker on Monday who wanted stupid money just to come and look at it Thursday... I contacted PowerPoint Monday came out Tuesday and fixed in 30 minutes. Brilliant � here was me ready to cut my losses and buy another. Thank you for your excellent & speedy service.

Phoned PowerPoint about a problem with my cooker, chap called Mark came out the following morning and replaced the heating element quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and worked very cleanly and explained pricing very well. I've been using PowerPoint for several years after my parents recommended them to me and will continue to do so as long as their service continues to be as excellent. Well done Mark �

Last week I had a visit from Marc at PowerPoint who came out to look at my dishwasher. At first it looked like it was going to be 1 of those intermittent faults that are never present when the engineer calls... but through perseverance Marc finds a very small leek on the pump, off it came and with a little bit of tlc I’m happy to report the dishwasher is running great again.

From initial phone call through to the job being complete the customer service was excellent. Best of all the price was very competitive.

Highly recommend!

John and his team delivered and fitted a new one the day after I contacted him with my tale of woe.... cheers chaps! Great friendly service. Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a new washer/dryer at 5pm on Monday and the old one was taken away and new one fitted all by 10.15am the next day. Fantastic service from Gabby, Phil and Matt. Excellent local service, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend �

I had the engineer out for £20 who said it the washing machine was a write off. Much better than paying the call out charge and monthly fee for a year to Hotpoint. I called and spoke to Gary who was excellent on the phone and gave details of various models, I popped down arriving at 4.45pm, chose a machine they had in stock and hubby collected it. Gary was kind enough to give his honest opinion on which machine was the best and also waited outside for 15 minutes past the shop closing to help my hubby lift it.

We are about to have a new kitchen and i will definitely be going here for the appliances. I love the fact it is a family run firm and my money is being kept in Shropshire and not lining the pockets of the big firms. This was first class customer service.

Hi would just like to say how pleased I am with my new freezer. My old one was not working properly I phoned the Oakengates shop this morning asked fo recommendations and when would I be able to have one delivered. I chose one delivered this afternoon changed the door for to make it easier for me and took the old one away. The guys who came were great and very helpful excellent service again I had a new washer not so long ago will recommend them to all my friends thanks again Wendy Sleight �

Excellent service. Booked in a repair for our Old dishwasher and came promptly Friday morning. Unfortunately it was too far gone to be worth repairing, but popped into the shop around noon, selected a replacement, and had it delivered and fitted the next day. The fitters (Phil and Lee) even fixed a kitchen cupboard while they were at it.
