We went last night 13/02/18 had a lovely meal , really enjoyed our visit , attentive staff , great food and drink . Will be back , keep up the good work .��

There was 4 of us and we hadn't booked but we were shown straight to a table. Service was quick and staff very friendly. Food was delicious and we had a 40 percent off voucher which made it even better. We will be back!!

Went there for Sunday lunch. First of all, food was very nice (had some pork roll or something). We had quite few issues with the service were waiter brought wrong stuff or forgot to bring something. The waiter was new (under training) so we forgive his mistakes. However, I have observed that this is not the only Prezzo where they recruit stuff with poor English language skills hence all mistakes he made was due to language barrier.

Waitress was lovely but service was very slow. As a large group I wanted to get my drinks separately from the bar but this was frowned upon like I was asking for a free one. My pizza wasn't what I expected as the Prestigio, very overcooked base. Would of asked for a change but so slow. Wouldn't use again.

Sunday 19th March, went for a meal for the first time. Was very busy, had to wait 5 minutes before we went upstairs, was a special birthday meal. The food was lovely, had only one member of staff serving us, we were a large party, the member of staff worked very hard, only trouble was we couldn't understand, there was a language barrier. Needed more staff

Service is disappointing. Smelt sewage at one point. Food ok. Friend asked to brought half of her food home, plate taken away, but he told us 5 mins later, that it has been binned.

The Salmon pasta dish was not like usual. Salmon seems to be mushed (in really fine flakes), not bigger chunks like usual.

Have to think over to come back.

Not their best day. We eat there on a Sunday maybe twice a month. Yesterday! Well we got our starters and then nothing. 40 mins later after asking it arrived. It had got stuck in the lift, which we were told was always happening. We then had to send back the fries and pizza because they were cold. However, they rectified their mistakes, discounted the bill and apologised. The staff there are normally spot on with all they do so I say say that it was just a bad day at the office. We will be back to try again.

Food is always good,when they remember to bring everything that you have ordered like side orders.Service has gone down hill since the red haired lady left,the feeling that you are “interrupting there day” by going in for lunch...They want you in and out as soon as possible...Shame cus I love the food there.

Went for a meal last night and got served with the main meal promptly...but the dessert took too long, even after we said we had to be at the theatre by 7:30pm. We asked for the bill at the same time as dessert and then got up to leave at 7:15pm. They offered to put the dessert in boxes, as they had been prepared and the ice cream in a coffee cup, which we accepted. Unfortunately they all came out in boxes, including the ice cream which we didn't accept. We asked for a refund, which they refused and had no time to dispute as by this time it was 7:25pm and we had to get Dad and scooter into theatre. We had the last laugh though... nothing inside to eat with...but I was prepared with plastic spoons from trip out with Freddie last weekend!!! Won't be going there again. Rude manageress.

We was shown yo our tabke right in front of a freezing doorway, not ideal but no other tables available!



Starters came and were very bland, crab cakes and mozzarella dippers, the menu hasnt changed in what seema an eternity.



When our main course did arrive my wife's chicken and asparagus risotto resembled a cross between rice pudding and baby sick, it was shocking!!! That got sent back and was replaced



The waitress barely cracked a smile and obviosuly didnt want to be there ���



Sadly i wont be visiting again, much better places, serving quality food with good service

The food was just ok where as when first opened was amazing!



My friend had the carbonara and it was just oily and tasteless! The waitress didn’t understand when we said you know that carbonara is a creamy sauce? This was just oily. She did however replace for something else and offer a bottle of proseco as compensation.

I was a bit surprised when I asked to have some rocket instead of Proscuitto ham on my Tropicana pizza I was told that I would need to pay for the rocket. In another branch of Prezzo I was automatically offered something else in its place. I imagine that rocket is cheaper than ham? I asked the waiter to check this out with the manager and it got sorted. Then before we had finished our meal , the staff turned off the music ! We had a voucher which we were told that we couldn't use because we had the three courses deal that was on. That's fine but there was nothing in writing on the three courses deal to say that you can't use this deal in combination with any other voucher. We were told by the waitress that it was written on the website. She didn't show us where and we were unable to find this information . My evening wasn't ruined because I was in great company, the food was great and I am very laid back.

Food was amazing but the service was hideous! I'm so shocked at how they treated us. Half my meal didn't even come and then they didn't even have the audacity to give me the rest of my meal "do you still want it" urm yes rude ! Didn't even offer us another drink ! Ignored me about 10 times when I tried to ask where the rest of my meal was and then we had to go up to the bar to pay for the bill cus they were to lazy to come over ! It wasn't even busy!

Went for a meal with some friends last night and not only was the service very slow, the waitress spilt the drinks she brought over to the table and they went all over us. She apologized and we moved tables but she didn't offer to take them of the bill. We complained to the manger and she offered to take one drink of the bill so we said that's not good enough and she eventually took them all of the bill. Both the waitresses and managers attitudes were disgusting. Will not be going back!

The service was horrific the staff member was rude kept leaning actually on my head to get plates, pushing past my chair which moved me forward instead of just saying excuse me, she didn't have a clue about any of the menu and kept getting all our orders wrong, when we tried to correct her she came across quite agitated that we were trying to help and quite rude. We waited forever for drinks and had to send wrong food orders back. One member from the table waited ages for their food whilst the rest of us were eating. This isn't the first time the service has been appalling. Real disappointment for what was a special birthday occasion!

Shocking meal out tonight they really should know how to treat a customer ruined our last meal out on holiday!! Won’t ever be returning to this horrible place!! I had to rate 1 star as no option for no stars!!

Sitting for 45 mins with an empty glass no one came to us, gemma kept shouting excuse me and no one listened. Everyone was chatting behind the bar. Had to go up to the till to actually pay our bill cause no one would come over.

Normally they are very good but today (Valentines Day) we booked a table to have the lunch time menu as advertised on their website + on the board outside of £14.50 for 2 courses including a glass of prosecco. We were surprised to find out after we were seated that the Valentines meal was not served on Valentines Day even though it is advertised everywhere. We only booked this because of this special offer, we could have eaten somewhere else for cheaper and got a free bottle of wine. Instead we had to choose off the main menu which cost over £50.

Why have a Valentines menu if you don't serve it on the day, it is not a Valentine meal then, is it? We will not go here again for Valentines we will go elsewhere.

This is the Rugby branch but I dare say that it is global.
