There are no words to describe how wonderful the staff and volunteers are at the Hospice. My stepmum was diagnosed terminally ill in July last year and since then, the Primrose have welcomed not just my stepmum but all of us into their care. Whether it be advice or a shoulder to cry on they are always there and nothing is or has been too much trouble, even since she passed away. The word ‘amazing’ is used so often but in this case they truly are an amazing group of people

The wonderful staff at Primrose really helped my lovely mom when she was facing the worst time of her life. They gave her a reason to smile and something to look forward to, then helped us as a family to face difficult decisions and were with us every step of the way. Such incredible people, I love them all xxx
