By now most of you will have heard the sad news that the nursery will close at the end of the month. Letters were sent out to all parents on Friday but unfortunately, not all parents have received them and while we would rather parents find out through their own personal letters, some are hearing this through word of mouth. So here is a copy of the letter that you should soon receive if you have not already.
May we take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support... and trust in caring for your children and being a part of their journey. We wish all of our children lots of luck and success and will be happy to offer advice and support regarding finding alternative childcare, just pop in to reception.
A letter will be sent out tomorrow regarding graduation and a final farewell party for all children.

Update: Nursery will remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday 5th June while the construction work around the entrance continues. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter, we hope this is completed by Wednesday and will keep you updated. Please note that the planned closure date on 13th June will now be cancelled so nursery will be open as normal on that date.

Unfortunately due to building work in the area, we are unable to access the unit 2 entrance and have no choice but to close this side of the nursery for safeguarding reasons. We sincerely apologise for the lack of notice and inconvenience and hope to resolve this as soon as possible. Unit 1 remains open as normal. Keep checking our page for updates. Many thanks.

☀️☀️☀️ The sunshine is finally made and appearance and it’s been lovely to see the children enjoying the outdoors. The sun can also be very dangerous especially to children’s sensitive skin so can we ask all parents to ensure that you apply sun cream to your child before the start of their session at nursery to ensure that they are protected on their way to us, and also the minimise the time it takes to apply this to children who are keen to get outside! We will of course top them up throughout the day so don’t forget to provide some in your child’s bag or let us know if you are happy to use ours. Children will also need a sun hat and a water bottle please 😃☀️

Important message for pre-school parents: If you applied for a school place for your child online, you will be sent an email today, Monday 16th April informing you which school your child has been offered. Letters will be sent out tomorrow to explain how to accept or refuse the offer that has been made. We are happy to answer any queries you may have about this process, just ask us at reception or see your child’s key worker.
