Went to the safari park today and it was absolutely amazing our coach driver digger was fantastic and he made you feel so welcomed and relaxed. The coach was beautiful and the price of the day trip was even better. Digger helped us with our bags and pushchair onto the coach. I booked this for a fun family day out for myself my 1 year old daughter, my partner and mother and i must say we will definitely be booking more day trips with you in the future. BLACKPOOL ILLUMINATIONS are our next trip and can honestly say i cant wait to travel with this company again. Thank you for a great day.

Well we’re can I start my son started Halesowen college 2 years ago it was going to be a long road for him especially getting him to college on public transport but thanks to this supportive coach company of friendly and compassionate staff and staff who support students with Learning difficulties my son wouldn’t have gone through college you are truly amazing keep up the good work such a inspiration

Was a passenger with Prospect Coaches for many years, having been a Student at Halesowen College and attending schools who all used the company.



The drivers are very kind and friendly, the standard of driving skill and experience the drivers have is exceptional. You always feel safe on a Prospect Coach!



The fleet is all relatively new, with vehicles being added regularly. Even the older vehicles are well looked after and in great condition, kitted out with all the mod cons you'd want and need to keep you comfortable and entertained when on a journey.



I will always highly recommend Prospect Coaches!

This was my first time on a coach trip for me & my daughter, I have to Say our journey, safety & service was fantastic. Our drivers Stuart & john where fantastic, so was dan our tour guide. Great experience will defiantly be booking up again soon. Fantatsic company & fantastic staff 5*

My son catches the coach for Halesowen college. He receives 100% perfect service every time and even after recent bad weather the drivers were fantastic making sure all the kids were safe and got back to their designated stops even though it took 5 times longer than normal. Fantastic highly recommended coach company.

My daughter uses the coach service for Halesowen college. The drivers are always efficient and friendly and the service is always prompt!

Many thanks for a superb service in taking the unofficial Stourbridge FC supporters to Billericay. We were royally looked after. The driver was a top bloke, football fans aren’t the easiest to look after but he was the most accommodating man with the utmost patience’s. Catered for all our needs with a professional manner. We look forward to travelling with you again. Many thanks the Barmy Llamas ��

Just wanted to say how pleased we were with prospect coaches we haven't used them before and organising a trip to ascot for 22 was quite daunting but from the moment we booked the lady on the phone was really helpful and throughly explained our trip, on the day the coach drivers digger and Jim where extremely helpful and polite, turned up on time, helped us with our bags, when we got there,helped us setting up and even packed our things away for us, stopping at the services wasn't too much trouble and even took our rubbish for us, thanks for a fantastic service will definitely be booking with you again, also the coach was beautiful many thanks Kim.

All 3 of your drivers (Phil, Rob & Jim) I have had on these trips were outstanding, they go out of there way to help you if you need it and come and check if everything is okay with yourselves and children.

Both coaches were extremely clean and bagged.

I can not wait to come on your trips again. Looking forward to a few more this year and i really hope you carry on doing these in years to come.

Had a day out at Ascot Races today, our driver was Phil and he was fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him even tho the women may have drove him nuts � I will definitely be using your company again as looks like it’s turning into an annual event and I will be recommending your services to anyone who requires them also big Thanks to Carl too for sorting out a speedy service

For my first experience on a coach day trip to Blackpool Illuminations yesterday, I have to say the drivers were extremely accommodating, the journey was lovely and people so friendly onboard, pick ups and drop offs were spot on, thoroughly enjoyed the film played for the kids on the way there and the film on the way back, I would definitely recommend prospects to anyone wanting to opt for a coach trip. I'm currently looking into what other trips they have available. Both me and my friends and 4 kids had such a lovely day, thank you.

First time going on a day trip with Prospect Coaches yesterday . The tour was great , comfy coach and driver very pleasant and helpful had a great day .Will defo travel with Prospect again.

The service that you provide for my 13 year old sister to travel to school and back from school is appaulling! Coaches ether don't stop at the bus when your stood there waiting even thought they can see you stood there, this is the worst coach company my sister has had to travel to school and back!!!

Parking on Chester Road North on a bkind bend over the brow of a hill on double yellow lines. Forcing pedestrians to walk in the road and cars to cross onto the opposite side of the road to get past. Round of applause �������� as a coach operator I am sure you must be wawre that your driver WAS BREAKING THE LAW! All to deliver people to the roas theatre I bet so they parked up for 3 hours to wait. Disgusting! Plan your routes and stops better.

My 6 year old daughters attend a local primary school near the Whittington Road Halesowen College Campus. Prospect Coaches 'chauffeur' college students along a road that is already heavily congested and unsuitable for coaches. I am fed up of witnessing near misses with these coaches; Prospect Coach drivers travel at excessive speeds, use the size of their vehicles to bring traffic to a complete gridlock and more worryingly mount pavements that narrowly miss youngsters. Prospect Coach drop off on Whittington Road needs to be rerouted before there's a fatality!!!

I think you need to seriously take a good look at the service you provide for your daily school transport contracts. Not collecting school students from designated collection points. Leaving young children stranded in the middle of know where is not acceptable. When contacted about this incident the attitude from your receptionist was disgusting. You need to sort out the horrendous service that you offer customers. I certainly would never recommend your company to anyone not when there is a fantastic, high quality smaller local company offering a far better service than you locally.

EVERY day. A prospect coach comes and parks up on the path outside my house. Turns up from 7:00-7:30 every morning and stays until 8am. This in itself i have no problems with except they leave their engin running the whole time they are here. Again, this is not something that would botger me so much if they were actually picking people up but they are not. They are litterally killing time before they have to go and do their job. I spoke with prospects earlier in the year about this and it did stop for about 4 weeks but has started up again. Surely if the drivers are leaving up to an hour before they need to then someone needs to be having words.

I would recommend Prospect Coaches lovely friendly drivers on our recent day out in London. Kids were happy watching dvds and loved the wifi on the coach so I had a peaceful journey. Can't wait to book our next day trip with them xxx

Had a day out at Ascot Races today, our driver was Phil and he was fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him even tho the women may have drove him nuts � I will definitely be using your company again as looks like it’s turning into an annual event and I will be recommending your services to anyone who requires them also big Thanks to Carl too for sorting out a speedy service

For my first experience on a coach day trip to Blackpool Illuminations yesterday, I have to say the drivers were extremely accommodating, the journey was lovely and people so friendly onboard, pick ups and drop offs were spot on, thoroughly enjoyed the film played for the kids on the way there and the film on the way back, I would definitely recommend prospects to anyone wanting to opt for a coach trip. I'm currently looking into what other trips they have available. Both me and my friends and 4 kids had such a lovely day, thank you.

First time going on a day trip with Prospect Coaches yesterday . The tour was great , comfy coach and driver very pleasant and helpful had a great day .Will defo travel with Prospect again.

The service that you provide for my 13 year old sister to travel to school and back from school is appaulling! Coaches ether don't stop at the bus when your stood there waiting even thought they can see you stood there, this is the worst coach company my sister has had to travel to school and back!!!

Parking on Chester Road North on a bkind bend over the brow of a hill on double yellow lines. Forcing pedestrians to walk in the road and cars to cross onto the opposite side of the road to get past. Round of applause �������� as a coach operator I am sure you must be wawre that your driver WAS BREAKING THE LAW! All to deliver people to the roas theatre I bet so they parked up for 3 hours to wait. Disgusting! Plan your routes and stops better.

My 6 year old daughters attend a local primary school near the Whittington Road Halesowen College Campus. Prospect Coaches 'chauffeur' college students along a road that is already heavily congested and unsuitable for coaches. I am fed up of witnessing near misses with these coaches; Prospect Coach drivers travel at excessive speeds, use the size of their vehicles to bring traffic to a complete gridlock and more worryingly mount pavements that narrowly miss youngsters. Prospect Coach drop off on Whittington Road needs to be rerouted before there's a fatality!!!

I think you need to seriously take a good look at the service you provide for your daily school transport contracts. Not collecting school students from designated collection points. Leaving young children stranded in the middle of know where is not acceptable. When contacted about this incident the attitude from your receptionist was disgusting. You need to sort out the horrendous service that you offer customers. I certainly would never recommend your company to anyone not when there is a fantastic, high quality smaller local company offering a far better service than you locally.

EVERY day. A prospect coach comes and parks up on the path outside my house. Turns up from 7:00-7:30 every morning and stays until 8am. This in itself i have no problems with except they leave their engin running the whole time they are here. Again, this is not something that would botger me so much if they were actually picking people up but they are not. They are litterally killing time before they have to go and do their job. I spoke with prospects earlier in the year about this and it did stop for about 4 weeks but has started up again. Surely if the drivers are leaving up to an hour before they need to then someone needs to be having words.
