love this gym I sell gym memberships for another company and this is my escape gym, my me time place to workout in, its clean staff are cool and the customers are cool too.

I have personal training with luke Morton he knows his stuff always smiling and makes you work hard which is just what I need.

cant fault it pure gym west Bromwich is a good place to be.

Fab gym, great instructors! Always clean and plenty of equipment even on really busy days.

Excellent gym, plenty of space, has everything i need and the staff are friendly. I wanted to get into shape again after suffering sciatica back problems. Joining this gym was the best decision i ever made, i’m starting to get myself fit again. I would recommend anyone to join

Can't thank Grace ...the assistant Manager at this branch enough for her help in rectifying a problem I had ....she not only kept me informed but also went out of her way to solve the problem....so refreshing in this day and age ...pure gym ...hang on to this lady she's one in a million these days.

Staff are very friendly and a Big up to Nathan who always inspires me and spurs me on.... just to see the glow and happy smile on his face makes me feel encouraged that I'm doing well...

Nice gym. Clean. Good equipment. Dropped a star because staff are not particularly friendly or helpful.

I love this gym for the people, PT's and users .Would have given it 5 stars but the showers are always full of hair �

Great gym apart from the thieving tramp who stole my daughters phone from there last night 😠 I've since found out that this is quite common at this particular gym. Security very poor

Good gym people and instructers are friendly. You can just get on with training and if you have a question about anything you can ask any body.

been coming here for over 2 years was ok and quiet at certain times when I first started and friendly staff but now it's always busy people just sit around on the machines playing on their phones some staff members are unapproachable and its bad that you have to pay to park everytime you want to use the gym

Its ideal local and has basics for what u pay for. Some Equipment does need attention or servicing. Will continue for time being to carry on using as does job

Good gym but why do we have to pay parking and no other gym does? Parking should be free for gym users

Busy. No gym etiquette (weights all over place/ no body wants to share).

large space of little equipment. Two gates and missing equipment to exercise power. Long standing broken equipment. Could be better ...

Went back to this gym after a long period away due to training with someone at another pure gym branch..

Within 20 minutes of being back at this gym I had another member shouting and balling at me for looking in his general direction.. No members of staff anywhere in sight to help/support/diffuse the situation. Won't be going back into this gym for the foreseeable future.!!
