This was my first experience of reiki so like others I was a bit skeptical at first. I felt sensations I wasn't expecting and I believe it helped clear some issues I was having. I felt so comfortable and relaxed and Jayne was attentive with calming energy! I have to say that I would definitely recommend it, especially with Jayne. �

I was a little sceptical at first when i heard it was hands off healing, but with an open mind i thought i'd try. I've tried meditation before and it just doesn't work for me, however during the Reiki session with Jayne i felt great. The experience was wonderful, it felt like a form of guided meditation for me and i left feeling recharged. I'll definitely be going back for more!

Had three sessions with Jayne now and each time is different in their own unique way. Jayne has healing hands which have took me on a beautiful journey! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! What a beautiful soul �
