Due to our Disney trip for our daughter Alyssa's gymnastics competition, we unfortunately will not be opening the shop tomorrow 15/10/18. Business will continue as normal from Tuesday, sorry for any inconvenience.

We have a lovely big female Tawny red tarantula, Grammostola iheringi in stock, you don't see too many of these for sale especially not as large females.

went on a road trip today visiting a few reptile shops ive not visited b4 with a friend and our toddlers. we were greeted by a passionate and accommodating gentleman the reptiles were great quality and nothing was too much trouble he was happy to show reptiles unlike a lot of shops that are purely in it for the money. on that note I loved the fact he was more interested in the well being and care of the pets than the sell !. looking forward to sunday when I visit again for the open day with my older boys and some friends in tow. only downside will be I need more room at home as I'm sure more purchases will be made

every time i have gone to rainforest exotics i have been greeted with a smile no matter how busy or quite the shop been. great service. 5 star rating for me.

Went today, collected a Hognose snake. David was very helpful and informative to ensure his animals are going to be treated correctly :) They have some great stock too!

Went to rainforest-exotics after hearing nothing but good things, how have I not been here before! Dave was so friendly, inviting and helped us find the perfect first pet for Amelia (which she loves by the way) will be going back down in a couple of weeks to see what other exciting exotics they have. Can't recommend them enough

Was my first visit to rainforest-exotics today travelled from hereford, even with shops local to me that offer similar items it's safe to say I'll be making the trip over every time I find my self in need of anything reptile related. The man in the shop is very helpful and informative and had no problem with my children having a look round whilst he gave me and my partner some advice. 5* service

So pleased we travelled out to Ross to discuss taking on a little tortoise. Such a friendly shop with a wealth of knowledge, we ended up purchasing our little tortoise from here and we have been backed up with so much support, even when we have been potentially annoying with questions after getting our new man home, we were given so much help and are now really pleased to say that our little (still unnamed) chap has settled in perfectly and we love him to bits. Thank you so much for being so helpful and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Outstanding shop. One of the best I've been to and easily the best in Gloucestershire.

Staff are lovely and the animals are exceptional.

Knowledgeable staff. Always willing to chat about any problems or concerns. Always has a decent stock level of dietary requirements and all things relating to the husbandry of the animals your buying.

Just got a great custom tank made up for our carpet python. Absolutely love it and I think she does too �

I’ve been coming here for a while now so I thought it was about time I updated the review! The first time we visited was to have our royal python sexed, I was incredibly pleased with the process, Dave made it so quick and easy that it was all over before Neville even knew what was happening. Since then I’ve been back multiple times and I now have two of Dave’s animals, a brazilian rainbow boa and a western hognose. Both beautiful healthy snakes, and both very friendly! I’ve had support and advice whenever I’ve needed it, being quite new to the hobby this has been an invaluable resource for me. Whether you’re looking for a first reptile or you’re an experienced keeper looking for something a bit out of the ordinary this is the perfect shop �

I've followed Rainforest exotics on Facebook for a good while now...but today we eventually made it over there for their open day in new premises...WOW what an amazing reptile shop...defiantly the best for miles around � professional, clean, both extremely friendly & helpful....really good to meet both. Gorgeous reptiles, well stocked. Great range of live & frozen foods. We loved it � we had a great day and really really pleased to meet David & Lyndsey very very friendly & helpful & extremely knowledgeable �����

I recently visited David Howard @rainforestexotics to collect a new edition to my collection of Boiga’s.



Having not met David previously or visited RE my first impressions are very good indeed! I received a very warm welcome, greeted with a firm handshake and the offer of a cup of coffee. It’s those kind of values and that kind of customer service that separates the better business from the rest in my opinion and if I’m honest it’s something that’s very rare in today’s world.



The shop itself holds an impressive collection of reptiles to view and purchase and all the equipment etc to go with them. Things like praying mantis, frogs, spiders, lizards and snakes including some amazing DWA animals. The C��L that I myself find fascinating and love to see at any given opportunity. So for me that in itself makes the trip worthwhile.



There’s something for everyone at Rainforest exotics from the beginner right through to the advanced keeper and rest assured that any questions you have, then please don’t be shy of picking David’s brain. He has a very sound knowledge that you will find invaluable.



Thanks to all at Rainforest exotics I very much look forward to my next visit soon�

I just got a pair of red tailed racers from here and the service was second to none, even though I haven't set foot in the shop yet as I had them courierd I was in constant contact with David and he didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. The only downfall is that the shop is located miles away from me and unfortunately couldn't get the time to travel there my self which I defiantly will be doing some time in the future. Many thanks again I'm over the moon!!!

I bought a tortoise from rainforest exotics a few weeks ago they have been brilliant and are always available to give help and advice when needed they definitely go the extra mile for their customers

I always enjoy going to Rainforest Exotics, they have a fantastic variety of animals, and are always enthusiastic to give knowledgable advice.



Having previously purchased a Honduran Milksnake who has been a fantastic edition to my burgeoning reptile collection, I have now also added a Woma Python, which is a species of snake I have always wanted to add to my collection.



The variety of equipment and vivarium decorations (Hides, Plants & Bowls)is all extremely good, no matter what visual style you are looking to achieve with your setup as well. Overall I can't say enough good about Rainforest Exotics, if you love reptiles it's simply a fantastic shop to go and visit!!
