meant to put this review on earlier visited the lovely shop last week with two friends made to very welcome on arrival spent two hours in there trying on the lovely and reasonably price clothes we had a right laugh and thoroughly enjoyed our day came away with some lovely items so much so I am going back there today for another look and I have to say the owners are lovely

Well worth the trip from Wirral! Who knew Whitchurch had so many adorable shops this one at the top of the list! Sad you had no trousers other than skinny ones! Your style of tops cries out for balloon leg linens or asymmetric hemlines! I’ll be back though to spend some more!

Oh my God! Found this place on FB about a week ago and couldn’t wait to go! Had a fantastic morning trying virtually every gorgeous piece in the shop! So helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back! Beautiful clothes as unbelievable prices. Wonderful.

My friend and I visited the shop today for the first time and were blown away. Everything in the shop was great quality for a great price. The lady in the shop was lovely, greeted us as we came in and went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend Ralph and Rupert, will definitely be visiting again!

I saw the most gorgeous dress on Ralph and Ruperts shop site and rang up about purchasing it, the staff and Rachael were extremely helpful and the dress arrived a day later. I cannot stress how helpful they were and would definatly buy from this fabulous shop again . Thankyou so much for all your help.

I ordered a bag & scarf from here via their Facebook page. The bag & scarf are absolutely beautiful & the customer service was amazing!!! I will certainly be keeping my eye on this page for more gorgeous products :o)

I have bought several items from this shop online, and I have to say the quality of the clothing is fantastic. The staff are welcoming and polite when I've phoned and messaged, also the dispatch of items is extremely fast. I couldn't fault this business and I will be sure to purchase from them again!

Very disappointed!! I specifically asked at the time of purchase when my sister bought a few items...”as she lives in Ellesmere Port & only visits every few weeks, is it ok to exchange if they are not suitable?” Yes no problem

But then when she popped back less than 3 weeks later for an exchange or refund it was a definite NO & he completely went back on his word and said he did not remember

VERY dissatisfied & dissapointing

Both of us shan’t go there again

My sister and I visited last week on the way to Shrewsbury. The clothes are great and a really fair price but the woman who runs the shop needs to develop some people skills. Totally ignored us when we walked in and looked so miserable - we would have both bought something but felt very unwelcome so left and won't be back in a hurry. Shame.
