The setting of this place is lovely and the staff are very friendly and seem like they try there hardiest to make the customers happy and feel welcome! I was overwhelmed by the huge variety of cakes and scones they taste lovely too! Prices are very reasonable when you compare them to some places that are extortionate! You get a very good amount of food and drink for the value of your money! Drinks were lovely too and have a wide variety to choose from I well definitely be coming back for more! X

Really enjoyed our visit - great selection of food and drinks to choose from and really friendly staff :-) ...The posh sausage and mash was a winner - good-sized portions and v. tasty - and the chocolate brownies are to die for!

Really enjoyed our afternoon tea. Beautiful tasty sandwiches and sooo many cakes!!! Couldn't eat all the cake so brought some home. Staff friendly and efficient. Will certainly recommend. Good value for money. Go and treat yourself!!

I've been twice now and both times I've had exceptionally good food. It is more expensive than a chain but that's obviously going to be the case from the quality of food you are getting. The setting is picturesque and the staff worked hard to ensure we were well looked after. Looking forward to going back and when they start doing deliveries!��

Brilliant service from staff, when approached by staff due to longer (than expected) waiting times they were honest and helpful. Can't wait to see how they develop. Great first day! Yummy cakes too!

Amazing breakfast and great service, can't wait to come back!

The food was ok (although a little over priced) service however was terrible. A bowl of wedges was brought over but then had to wait another ten minutes for the rest of the food to arrive by which time the wedges had gone cold, they offered to take them back and heat them up but they were never brought back out to us. I found a hair on my toastie (which was also burnt) so sent it back and got a refund for my meal but then had to sit and watch the rest of my family eat their food while I had nothing. Disappointed as I had heard good things about the restaurant.

Very expensive for what you got. Slice of cake for £3.50. Cake wasn't very nice and I've had bigger and better slices elsewhere for the price. Waited 10-15 mins for 2 hot drinks and 2 slices of cake. How hard can it be? In the time we were there, we had over 5 members of staff come up to us and ask what table number we are.

Very disorganised, expensive for what it is and an overall disappointing experience.
