I’m so sorry to having to right this but I’ve noticed a little problem over the last few months. As a lot of you know I’ve been rather busy and I book clients in at a set time, turning up 20/30 minutes late for a appointment unfortunately sets the whole day behind, which means other clients turning up on time for there appointment have to wait which is unfair on them, sometimes it’s not a problem just drop me a message and I will see what I can do. But if it’s a ...busy day anything after 15 minutes late I may have to re arrange your appointment.
Sorry for any inconvenience, keeping to times helps the salon run well and to keep all clients happy
