The 5 stars is for Megan who was amazing! gave us two bottles of bubbly on the house for my moms hen and gave us longer then we paid for in the karoke room as the karoke is in desperate need of a upgrade and aircon! But thank you megan for all your help you were fab x

Booked a booth through Megan for my friends hen night. Megan was fabulous from beginning to end, it was easy to book and nothing was too much trouble. Booth was fab with lots of party decorations. Megan was very accommodating with me bringing my own decorations and me dropping them off beforehand. We had the best time and we’ll definitely be back for group nights out.

Amazing night out if you love your old school music. DJ is always on point. Especially the Saturday night DJ. He is top class and a great entertainer. Always keeps the dance floor full. Door staff are always friendly and swift when there is ever any trouble which seems to be limited. Everyone in there just seem to want to have fun and enjoy themselves. Bar staff work their butts off all night long. One in particular always has a huge smile on her face and enjoys a good joke with customers. If memory serves (usually drunk so memory is a bit fuzzy) but I believe her name is Becky. Keep up the great work Reflex and I will be seeing you again soon to give you lots of my well earned money lol peace �

Went there last night few thing that are wrong and could be Improved upon , music really good and good atmosphere they are the plus point the minus are really cramped and over crowded so drinks spilt often over people all but 20 chairs available as others are closed off unless paid for I think 70 pound not worth just money making for them yet if available for free more people would come in and be more comfy able it's a no brainier really ! As only one large table was taken 11 we left empty all night !! Also sell cocktails for £5.95 I has pina colada it was just pineapple juice with Malibu poured in a pot no mixing bit of false advertisement as this wasn't what it stated on menu !! Could do with extra bar staff long wait at the bar Could make much better my self ... shame really because with improvements as stated could be great club !!
