Depression and anxiety affect so many of us. Sometimes mildly sometimes deeply. As someone who struggled deeply in my younger years I know how hard and impossible the battle can feel.
Energy Awareness session 2 is this evening at 6.30pm and we will be singing this beautiful song by Julia Brennan Inner Demons which really highlights the inner battle that can take place within.
