We had a fantastic visit here today. We have walked though before whilst visiting the NEC but never really paid much attention. Today we came to visit vortex which was brilliant then ate at las iguanas and did a bit of shopping in the Nike shop which has huge discounts. We had a great day and the £2 parking is great, you just need to spend over £20 and get your ticket validated and it means you can stay for upto 12 hours... I believe the reason this was introduced is due to nec visitors parking here to reduce their parking costs but it meant that real visitors then couldn't park. It's easy to spend £20 so no big deal doing this and you could still park here to use the nec if you plan to eat before or after. We'll definitely be back again.

We came yesterday and stayed over for my birthday loved every minute of it just a bit gutted I couldn’t get my favourite drink in any of the bars I went in (pink gin)

All staff were very polite from the man on the gate letting you into the carpark to the people working in the casino tbh I think the casino staff have lots of patience with the way some of the lads were speaking to them in there and calling the manager to complain when they never really did anything wrong apart from do their job. Keep up the good work hopefully we will have the chance to visit again one day.

Thank you resorts world for making our new years eve a fantastic one .Never been here on new years eve but the atmosphere by everyone was lovely. Drummers played and the fireworks was out of this world .also great staff at tgi Fridays .The only downfall was the queue coming out if the carpark ,were people were driving down the wrong way to jump the queue, which was annoying some people . 10/10 by me .

User

Really easy parking , easy complex to navigate around once used to it . Clean , tidy and friendly atmosphere . Grabbed some bargains at the many outlet stores

User

Our first visit to resort world, amazing place staff are awesome and all very friendly, even going above and beyond to ensure we got great value for money. The staff in the world of bars were friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience and we will be returning soon.

User

Love it just gets better each time we visit , parking is good at £2 and doesn’t break the bank

User

Lots of baby friendly facilities. Lovely afternoon out as a family on what would have been an otherwise miserable rainy day.

User

I've just driven 30 miles to The Resorts and as I pulled through the car park barrier I realised I had left my purse at home. I had enough change in my car to pay the parking so we decided to do some window shopping instead. I popped to the customer services to check what time they were open till I'm the week after explaining what I'd done. The customer service man (Paul) asked which car park I was on and took my ticket from me and validated it, I could of cried, thank you so much it really meant a lot to me

I took my partner for her birthday for an overnight stay at the genting hotel. The room was amazing the staff were very helpful and friendly. I payed extra for flowers and a bottle of champagne which was in the room when we got there, they were a surprise for my partner which she loved. The flowers were excellent and champagne was very nice. The breakfast was great and the service was very good. The shops where great and all of them had offers. We went to las iguanas for the evening meal which has great food and service. The hotel I really recommend and the shops are great too.

User

I love shopping at Resorts World. Prices are quite reasonable and the restaurant give you a good relaxing view. Have been to Nando’s to test my self too.

User

We went as a family to see Star Wars and then to Las Iguanas for food.

Lovely place shops look nice but didn’t have time to shop. Staff at Cineworld were friendly and polite and the film was brilliant

Food at Las Iguanas very nice

User

First time visiting yesterday for my daughters birthday and we really enjoyed it (free chocolate what more could you ask for haha) will definitely be back to do more shopping

User

Considered going to Merry Hill yesterday but hubby wanted to visit Resort World. I'm glad we went. The best shops with great deals are Nike, Gap and Next. The car park for £2 is fair. Likely you will spend £20 so car park for 12 hrs is £2 by validating ticket at the customer services team by the toilets. I have to say we made some great purchases for Christmas that would have cost a LOT more at Merry Hill. Will definitely go back.

User

The spa is not as good as you are led to believe. Been to better for less money. The rest of resort world is fab

User

Went to the cinema this evening. The cinema was pleasant other than, they need more staff. My gripe was the gangs of kids wandering around swearing their heads off or stinking of weed!! Not something I really wanted my seven year old daughter to be experiencing on a family trip to the cinema!!!

User

Nightmare to get to..traffic on A45 and M42 gridlocked. Upon arrival parking £15 quid...if you dont make a £20 quid purchase; which granted reduces the cost to £2.00. Public Malls undercover, but unheated..brrrrr. Outlets frankly nothing unique generally lacklustre. Advice ..shop locally; nothing special to make me go again. Expensive on fuel; parking cold and boring..

User

what miserable bar staff at the sports bar and the mexican resturant , on a 50th party we arrived had food played the casino , the public were more delightful than any staff members we dealt with , think you need a customer service shuffle with a SMILE included , wont be coming back just miserable staff put you off

User

My daughter and I decided to visit for a meal before a concert at the NEC as the parking rate is only £2 if you spend over £20 on food. Whilst this is a good deal it took us an hour to get out of the car park (so not so good). There was also big queues at the pay points which added to our frustration. I would definitely not park here again when there is a concert on. I felt sympathy for anyone who had not been to the concert and got caught in the queues. For a complex of this nature next to an important venue they do not seem geared up enough to cope when big events are on at the NEC. On the positive side the meal we had at The Sky Bar was excellent and really good value with good service. We had 6 tapas + 2 sides for £28!

User

I’m at World bar in resort world and the staff here are always miserable and the service is so slow . I’ve just witnessed appalling customer service. Myself and a lady had waited ten minutes whilst the staff totally unaware of who is stood at the bar served other customers. I got my drink and then the lady tried to order food but quite obviously couldn’t speak English. The young bar person told her she needed a table number in order to order food but she just didn’t comprehend and he rudely refused to serve her despite now having waited 15 minutes . Unbelievable shocking service and I told him so to which he abruptly told me I didn’t know what I was talking about !!!! That’s why this country is in a mess
