2 years ago today Amy & Charlotte very nervously opened the Cafe for the very first day as Rhubarb & Mustard!
Since then we’ve come a long way, gained the most amazing bunch of staff, and had so much fun!
Thanks to all our fabulous and amazing customers who have supported us, it’s a pleasure to share this experience with you all along the way, we wouldn’t be here without you! 😍

Great news, the oven man came today and installed our brand spanking new oven so we’ll no longer be limited service on Wednesday! 🎉

We just wanted to let everyone know that unfortunately on Wednesday afternoon we will only be serving drinks and cake as we are having a new oven fitted in the kitchen. Massive apologies for any inconvenience, we will be back up to full service on Thursday morning.

Happy work anniversary to our lovely Aprille, an absolute gem we couldn’t be without! One year today 🍰🎂 🎉

i went there yesterday for the very first time with my mum and daughter and 2 grandchildren there is nothing that i can fault about them the food is lovely and reasonably priced the service is friendly and welcoming its like a home away from home there is also a childrens area as well i would recommend them 100% defintley will be going back again as my daughter does time and time again

Visited today with my little lady and we both really enjoyed it. Lovely food and drink, very reasonably priced, lovely little area for the kids to play. Couldn't fault it! Looking forward to coming back and trying the deluxe hot chocolate next time!

Visited on several occasions- a great, quirky place to relax and unwind. Cooked breakfasts are amazing .

A varied menu catering for every taste and the milkshakes are to die for . Keep up the fabulous work !

Visited here today with my sister and little boy and it was a lovely little gem. Food was great and such a nice selection to choose from. We had the breakfast options with a cheeky cheesecake to take out which was so yummy. Really friendly staff and Looking forward to going back for lunch and maybe a milkshake xx

So yummy! � We had afternoon tea tier 1. Highly recommend! Mentioned it was for a birthday and our table was decorated with a banner too. Can't wait to go again .... �

Popped in today with friends for a cup of tea. Ended up having the most enormous and delicious gluten free sandwich (a toasted BLT, nom!) and two big pots of tea! A lovely welcoming place to spend time and eat. I wish I lived closer because I'd be working my way through your menu...which is a rare thing when you can only eat gluten free food! More than one option is a treat, your menu was a delight :) Thanks.

Popped in here today with my 3 year old. I had a lovely cup of tea in a nice china cup and a tea cake and he had a delicious banana milkshake (I know because I tasted it too) and a fairy cake. Love the cow milk jug! Staff were very friendly. My little boy loved the childrens play area and enjoyed playing with the toys. Thank you

One of the best afternoon teas I have had in a long time and great value for money! The sandwiches had an excellent variety of fillings and the cakes were to die for! A very enjoyable afternoon for Vikki's birthday...will def be returning again for a Posh Milkshake and more tea and sandwiches xx

My friend & I had been looking forward to afternoon tea here all week & we weren't disappointed! Good value: door stop sandwiches, crisps, salad, pork pie, cake & lots of tea (in a fabulous cabbage tea pot!!). We couldn't eat it all so took home a doggy bag. Lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon, thanks guys! X

Me and my friend and our little ones came in for lunch yesterday afternoon. I had treated by friend to birthday lunch after seeing great reviews. We were both very pleased I had jacket potato and my friend had poached egg on toast and the little ones fish finger sandwiches. we both said we would love to go back again. Also love the fact you have a kids corner with toys my little boy loved playing. And the staff are very polite and helpful. Thank you again xx

Just want to say what a delicious afternoon tea we have had today. Even my fussy daughter enjoyed it ! Very friendly and welcoming staff. We would highly recommend a visit. We will be returning soon I'm sure.

Had such a fantastic baby shower this afternoon at Rhubarb and Mustard. Staff were fantastic, filling up our tea n coffee and giving us more food where needed - amazing food, literally couldn't stop eating! Such a lovely place to hold an event or just to enjoy a truely lovely afternoon tea. Will not be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you to u all for making it so special and memorable. Will be telling everyone about it! See you again very soon! Love Cathy xxxx

Had a lovely lunch at Rhubarb & Mustard yesterday. Lovely staff, very child & baby friendly with really delicious food! The bacon, Brie & cranberry sandwich with a nice hot chocolate was the perfect festive choice! Yummy! I can't wait to return to try the rest of the menu. Lots of choice & great value....highly recommended!

Great cafe - good quality food and menu. Also did a buffet for a funeral for us which was incredibly good value and had lots of comments about the high quality and variety. Would recommend highly

Excellent breakfast today and felt very comfortable with a 7 month old in tow, which isn’t always the case everywhere! Can’t wait to try lunch next �

Came here for afternoon tea today with my mum. Amazing value for money - so much food and everything was delicious! Went for the 3 tier option as sandwiches sounded more interesting than the other options and the unlimited latte's and cappucino's made it even more appealing! Everything was just lovely - we arrived 10 minutes early than our appointed time on a Saturday and the table was already set up for us.Staff were really friendly and service was great. Will definitely be returning to this lovely little cafe - thank you for a lovely afternoon :-)

Best afternoon tea I've ever had!!! Sandwiches were absolutely delicious!!! Couldn't believe how nice it was!!! Would most certainly recommend!! Also it must be noted that one of the girls in our party was dairy free...she did not miss out a single bit and her food was awesome too!!! Well done ladies absolute cracker of a place!!! Xx
