i have been to a lot of piri piri places but this is by far one of the best! the atmosphere is good, service is good and most importantly the staff are really lovely. the food here is very fresh and delicious there are quite a lot of options to choose from also the staff are approachable and and easy to communicate with another plus is that the food is reasonably priced so definitely a 5 star place for me!

Try the piri piri pitta bread and the piri piri beans. I don’t eat chicken but there is a variety of side orders that I could have, however, a meat free main would be nice to see in the future. There is a nice upstairs area that caters for groups and parties that I will consider booking in the future. The snickers milk shake is a definite must have!!! Overall good value and tasty food.

Such a beautiful place i love the food and all food is fresh n delicious and staff r very welcoming and friendly.will be eating from here more often.

Nice food , loved the sauce they do, had the family meal was worth the price , they didn't have the wings so they gave us chicken strips instead, and gave us extra spicy rice cuz they were not ready at the current time ! Nice food it's like Pepe's , I had the food hot but wasn't actually hot. Presentation was good so was the food .

Literally Cant get enough of this place. Not only is the food always fresh and delicious but the staff are so welcoming and friendly!

Plenty of variety, veggie options aren't your usual boring ones, and the value for money is great! There is something for everyone, even the picky eaters like me!

Ive been this place a few times now and The Establishment is clean, staff are very friendly and the food is amazing! Ive had the "Rio's Macho" Burger and the "Rios Grande" Burger, both are really filling and their Chicken pieces are also really flavoursome. Cheers guys! Back again next week!

A few people have mentioned delays with orders today, that's to be expected as it's the opening night.

I tried Rio's first time. Initially placed wrong order but with the help of the guy handling the till i correct it without any hassle and the taste was so so good. I will go there again and will recommend everyone to go if u'r a taste lover only thing they need to do is to work more on the cleanliness in the kitchen. Overall very good experience �

I love the food at this place. Chicken pieces are really awesome. I still have the flavor lingering in my mouth. The ambience is excellent. A good place to try out with your family. Customer service is good. Excellent value for money. I will definitely recommend it to others to give the place a try.

Great food and service. Outstanding customer service alway clean and freshly prepared. Chicken maranid is out of thos world strongly recommend their food.

Good service but chicken had a bit too strong lemon taste, it drowned out the taste of the chilli sauce, bit of hit and miss, can't moan otherwise.

I am a regular here i normally go for the grande burger meal or the chicken strips on there own always have mango n lime flavour really tasty, today i decided to try the shawarma mango n lime flavour, it was not nice at all it was soaked in mango n lime flavour tiny little wrap hardly had any chicken in it, it was dripping soo much really messy, and i got told now they charge to pay by card which is really inconvenient making me run to the cash point, really considering not going here anymore that WRAP i.e shawarma has really put me off.... �

Also when will you fix your card machine?



Many times I’ve come only to be told card machine is not working, meaning I have to leave and then come back with cash, missing my place in the queue.



This is very frustrating, hence the low score.



Your sign says it’s “currently out of order”, which implies it’ll get fixed... but the sign is laminated and taped on the counter almost like a permanent fixture.



Just have a sign saying “Cash Only”.

With all the promotional work done we were looking forward to trying this place out.. really busy with large queue's (as expected) so waited for 15 minutes only to be told by other customers that they are not taking anymore orders.

No communication, no customer service, nothing from the staff.

Surely with all the PR work being carried out they knew they would be extremely busy and should of put the resource in place to deal with demand instead people were waiting around for ages. Wont be wasting my time there again!!

Terrible service, waited 40 minutes in total for phone order. And food was not cooked in correct flavour! Very spicy �

Steer clear. No milkshakes, no card machine, extremely busy as opening night tonight. Waited an hour for food. People who came in after me but complained before me got served 1st. Manager not helpful. Got home to no nuggets which we paid for. Stick to SUPERIOS or NANDOS. ���

I won't be back. Teach your staff not to talk about customers in their language - I know a few words! If you have something to say about me then wait till I'm gone. No manners whatsoever. It's a shame as it was my first time here!

I went to this place yesterday being 23rd December 2016 and placed a order for 2 x rios pitta at a cost of £4.99 each. I then ended up waiting 20 minutes , yes that is right 20 minutes for me to get my order by the time i got it to my friends home which was only a 5 minute drive the food was barely warm and had to put it in the microwave to warm it up so it was edible. What a joke for a fast food place and i was absolutely disgusted with the amount of time i had to wait and then the food being luke warm. Is there anyone else out there who has had a similar experience as me.
