Went from short damaged blonde hair to shiny long brunette hair and I absolutely love it!! Roberto knows his stuff and I just left him to it! His wife and all the staff are so lovely, really make the whole experience wonderful! Will definitely be going back to get a spray tan and my lips done too!!!! Thank you guys love you all �

I left today feeling amazing and so relaxed, all of the staff are lovely and so welcoming.

Roberto and Debs are absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The super chilled crisp champagne is served on an individual silver platter with nibbles. Caroline and myself and been transformed quite literally, hair extensions, nails, brows, lashes. Should probably not share as to make too popular we might not be able to get booked in! The Address is 6* Do not hesitate to book cannot recommend highly enough.

Perfect! Beautiful salon and made to feel like a princess. Shannon did my hair so well, and made me feel super comfortable. Along with the other staff giving advice and generally being lovely. Will definitely be back for all my treatments as they were all so lovely.

Perfect for me as I was very chilled in there. She achieved near perfect results, brightening my hair ready for summer. All staff were so welcoming and very friendly.

I visited the salon for an olaplex treatment today. First thing was the genuinely warm welcome as I arrived and a tour of the salon, next Roberto got on with treating my extremely damaged hair. During the treatment, we chatted away and I learnt so much about how to protect my hair, from checking the ingredients in my products to the method used when washing. Once the treatment was complete my hair was beautifully styled with loose curls. Roberto is not only a talented stylist but incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about maintaining hair health. I would highly recommend making a booking, there is a calming atmosphere in the salon and you are made to feel so at ease. I will add, as a personal thing, I hate sitting in a salon, staring at my face in a mirror. During this appointment, I only saw the end result in the mirror and I loved that. Thanks guys �

I visited The Address in a last minute attempt to get a broken acrylic nail fixed and they found time for me today!

I was made to feel so welcome upon arrival, during my short wait and throughout the treatment! Then nail even matched the rest of my set even though I hadn't had them done here originally!

The staff are so friendly with great hospitality

I will definitely be back!!
