Went for the afternoon tea this afternoon. 3 adults and 4 kids. So much for your money and beautifully presented. Kids loved it and so did I. Friendly staff and very child friendly. Daughter ate everything and enjoyed every mouthful. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

We were invited here to celebrate our Goddaughter, Poppy's, birthday at the weekend. There were 10 children and 6 adults and they were so accommodating of all of the difference in ages. The service received overall was excellent. The cakes and sandwiches were to die for. Definitely one of the best afternoon teas we have had x

We hosted a baby shower at Rose's tea rooms and had the most wonderful afternoon. Plenty of beautiful cakes and sandwiches and lovely staff who made us feel so welcome. Such a cute little tea room we will all definitely be back again. Thanks so much!! X

We had a lovely afternoon celebrating our friends birthday. The afternoon tea was delicious and our three children had their own little stands full of goodies. Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies. The children played with some lovely toys there and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

We had a fabulous afternoon tea today, left feeling absolutely stuffed and still took home some cakes � An extra thank you for adding a special touch for my besties 40th. Definitely visiting again soon xx

Visited for the first time after seeing the children's Christmas afternoon tea's advertised on Facebook. Although they don't start until next week I messaged on the off chance that we could have one this Saturday due to my son going for major surgery Tuesday. They were more than willing to do the afternoon tea for us today. Upon arrival everything was set up, and my son immediately went from meltdown to very excited (he's autistic, and doesn't like not knowing what's happening - but I'd wanted to keep it a surprise for him!)

All three of my boys throughly enjoyed themselves and are already planning on coming back. They've told their Nan and Great Nan all about it, and Fraiser's adamant they're going back for his birthday!

As adults we opted for the menu opposed to afternoon tea, we both throughly enjoyed our food and cake!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Took my friend Sheila today, we opted for The Ploughman’s and one of your delicious hot scones. Lovely little find, beautiful little Nic-nacs to look at, very vintage. Great customer service. We look forward to coming again soon! It’ll be cake next time - the cakes looked delicious too!

Thank you so much for the amazing afternoon tea. Food was delicious and there was so much we even managed to have doggy bags to take home with us.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Tea room was extremely cosy and homely and we were made to feel so comfortable.

We will back and definitely will be recommending to others - thanks again �

Thank you for my very own special afternoon tea catring for my dietary needs it was amazing! 11 of us for afternoon tea which is a special yearly event important to the ladies in our family. Thank you for a lovely afternoon this is a perfect setting to do just that x

Sarnies were lovely, scones were gorgeous and the cupcakes got teenager approval.



My girls are already asking to bring Nanny back so I’m sure we will see you soon.

I went here yesterday with 2 of my friends and our 4 children for the Christmas afternoon tea and special children's Christmas afternoon tea. The table was beautifully laid out all christmassy and full of lovely food! So much food I couldn't eat it all! Homemade scones were beautiful too. The staff were very friendly and great with the kids too, providing them with Christmas crafts, pens etc whilst we sat and chatted. Will definately be coming back in the new year. Thank you Rose's Tea Room. Xx

I drove from London to this little tea room it’s a lovely welcoming place and the food there is fresh and prices are good too. I have been here a couple of times now and can’t wait to visit again �

Had a fantastic Easter afternoon tea today! All three boys loved it and could not stop talking about how “cool” it was that they each had their own afternoon teas. My sister in law and I loved it as well � x

Fantastic tea room - beautifully decorated and lovely food :-) so much we had to take some cakes home. Lovely that my daughter got her own little cake stand for her afternoon tea and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely Tracy and Emma even though they were extremely busy. Was very attentive of my daughter and had a toybox full of toys for the little ones. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning! Thanks so much xx

Brought my dad here today for a birthday treat, never been before. Felt the need to write a review as not only was the food exceptionally tasty, the tea rooms decorated beautifully but the staff went above and beyond today by being wonderfully professional in the face of what was a difficult day, such kind and friendly people! Wishing the staff all the best and we will certainly be back in the New Year! :-)

A very welcome sight having cycled for a couple of hours in the blazing heat. Lush pot of tea and a tuna mayo wrap was just what we needed to revive us. Looking forward to coming back and sampling the amazing home made cakes.
