Royal Siam Thai Restaurant

Old couple came to eat at our restaurant. They live just outside Shrewsbury. They complain about food but they ate it all even pudding. I keep asking them it’s everything ok. But not good isn’t it to complain. Never mind. You can go to try another Thai restaurant in Shrewsbury. If you think our food not good for you.

I have been do business over 14 year. Never and ever see this customer.

You didn’t come to eat with us but you wrote the bad things at our restaurant. How could you do it. The owner have work here all time. Never seen ones customers complain about the food. All our lovely customers so enjoyed and so happy.

Is that my fault I have a restaurant on the top floor. If I got a choice I would love to have a restaurant on the ground floor. I have been opened the restaurant for 12 years I always open on the top floor. We do open the second floor only we have a big party for 20-30 people. Anyone please give me some ideas about this complain. Thank you so much. Xxx

We've stayed in Shrewsbury three times this year and each time chosen the banquet for 2 at the Royal Siam Thai. Always a perfect meal with a good red wine to accompany. We'll be back !

Very Friendly and Welcoming place to have a meal any time of the day. We usually pop in for a mid day meal deal, but on special occasions visit in the evening for a large meal.

We have been going there for over 20 years, and we struggle to find a better all round thai in shrewsbury. Also the do my favourate pud - mango with sticky rice !!!

One word Awesome. BestThai in Shrewsbury. Been coming her for over 16 years now and never an off day. The quality of the food and service is faultless the ribs are the best I have ever tasted. Only negative is they need to add few gins to the bar as only have Gordon’s.
