What can I say? Campervan broke down on a Sunday,called AA, very good but put the fear of god into us about possible faults, called John at rsm who said very busy but would do their best to fit us in on a Monday morning. Nursed vw camper to their premises where we were offered a courtesy car to look round Malvern as we were on a touring holiday! We're from down south where you book a courtesy car a week in advance if your lucky! Turns out John has lots of expertise with lt 35 vans so off we went. When we got back the part was just coming in, they knew exactly what was wrong,apologised for the delay, fitted the part, did a battery check,answered other questions, said they hope we enjoy the rest of our holiday and got us back on the road for 81 quid !! Top banana,friendly,approachable and knowledgeable people and John deserves a pay rise!!! Great garage would recommend any time

Well 8 years ago was the first time I ever used RSM and also the same time I vowed never to use them again. I walked into the yard to be met with the most miserable and scruffy looking staff I have ever seen, not so much as a grunt of acknowledgement from any of them, I thought that was bad but then as I walked through the main reception door I then encountered the owner at the time, Alan. Well... me bring 17 at the time, I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I was greeted with ‘well what can I do for you, what’s a young girl looking like you want coming to see me’ well I wasn’t there to see him I wanted the exhaust on my car looking at and some details of a vehicle hire, needless to say after several more derogatory and suggestive comments i left. Well years have passed and circumstances have led me back to seek the services of RSM and I am extremely pleased to learn that ownership has changed hands. Justin now runs RSM single handedly and has several polite, eager to help members of staff who between them have the answer to pretty much any question you may have. Justin is easy going, approachable and friendly with a no bullshit attitude. And best of all with being a female it’s hard to go into a garage on your own and not be ripped off but at RSM that is not the case, you pay what your quoted and it doesn’t cost the earth. So for anyone else who may have had a similar experience there or have heard of a bad reputation, please give it another go as since the change of ownership the past and the present of RSM are worlds apart. 5* from me every time now � �

I've always had great service from RSM. I recently had a gearbox flush that cured a major issue with my Volvo XC90 auto gearbox in that it would kick into "limp home" mode after a short while on the motorway. This was completely cured and it reduced another issue I had with the torque converter. If you have a high mileage car with gearbox issues I highly recommend this. Thanks again for your expert and honest service !

I just wanted to share what a fantastic service we get from our local garage, RSM Ltd. They have looked after us exceedingly well for years, including immediately coming out to open the car, and refusing payment, one hot summer day when I managed to lock my keys in the car with Pip the dog with no windows open �



This morning we went to take Pip for a walk and found we had a flat tyre. We rang RSM and they immediately sent a lad out to us (the very helpful and efficient Jake who even refused a tip) who jacked up the car, took the tyre away and repaired it then brought it back to us. Within 90 minutes of calling them we were driving away with a repaired tyre!



You can’t get service like that from a chain. And they are dog friendly to boot �

Ha ha, reading down it sounds like fixing up campers that have broken down nearby over the weekend might be a line of business for RSM! Our tough old, but very tired, T4 that has recently got back from taking us all over South America (2 years, 50,000 km) failed to start on Sunday and needed a new starter motor. Following a local recommendation, I called John as soon as they opened Monday morning and by the time I got there after a tow start, he had already got a replacement motor in ready. They were really busy (again) but got me back on the road that afternoon just a day behind schedule. Thanks guys!

Called in to RSM Ltd on Tuesday with the battery and handbrake light showing a problem. Tests showed the alternator was knackered! (Not a cheap part to get from an Izusu Dealer, AND would take 2 weeks!) After sleeping on it, I called back to RSM Ltd who got promptly on the case! Part sourced, (a damn sight cheaper!), delivered and fitted on Thursday!! I couldn't ask for a better Garage. Efficient, helpful and friendly crew who are there to help and not rip you off!! Very highly recommended firm!!!!!!!

Amazing service this morning. Thank you so much Justin and team for coming to my rescue earlier. I had a sleeping baby in the car after breaking down and we were both taken care of swiftly and so quietly she didn't even wake up!
