Which beer is best with #curry?
Cobra Beer - We can’t forget the curry house favourite – Cobra! With a gentle fizz it works well with creamy and nutty curry dishes, such as a korma.

Which beer is best with #curry?
Kingfisher - This slightly spicy lager also has a sweet tang which means Kingfisher perfectly complements mild Indian food such as tikka masala!

#DidYouKnow The world’s biggest curry weighed 13 tonnes and was a biryani which included 187lb of chillies and 6600lb of rice – we wouldn’t fancy pushing the shopping trolley for that!

NYE 2015, great night, staff friendly and professional. We turned up with out booking, welcomed in and a table allocated. Yes the staff were very busy nevertheless happy to check that we were okay, drinks refreshed etc. Food excellent. See you again in the New year.

User

My husband and I have been visiting Rupali for years and we've never been disappointed with the food or the service. Very happy customers.

I am a cabinet maker and was installing some bespoke kitchens in the area and was staying in a B&B near by. The several evenings I stayed there. I first had a meal here and was impressed with the freshness and good well made cooking. That my remaining several nights I also went here to buy a meal.

I recommend the food if Indian cooking is your thing

User

User

Fantastic hot hot madrad/jalfrezi. Top quality, Thanks saeed and you're kind staff.

User

Excellent friendly service, great food and a well done out restaurant. If you want ‘fine’ dining curries, then it’s here

User

Awesome food , keep up the good work.

User

Very warm friendly atmosphere and nice staff. However, £16.95 for a prawn madras is a little pricey if you ask me!

User

Food was class like always great variety and every dish I've had from there is very tasty. You'll do well to better this place and the staff as always very polite and helpful

User

The food is normally very good however on this occasion I ordered a starter for 2 which was very disappointing- at a price tag of £10.95 you would expect to get your money's worth but only received a very small amount which was probably enough for one person. Otherwise I would've given a 5 as the curries are very nice! Sort out your portion sizing to your pricing please!

User

The curry was quite greasy, left a film in my mouth, not much flavour . still haven't found a good Indian restaurant/takeaway on this side of town. shame

Racial discrimination against Indians

We visited this restaurant yesterday and will never go back. As we entered the restaurant the person sitting by the counter did not even smile. Then next thing I was disappointed was the popadums. The popadums were not roasted well and we asked the waiter to replace the popadums or roast it well, the same person who was sitting by the counter came to us and said "we can burn it if you want " now who on earth would like to have a burnt popadum ? My children felt very unwelcome and wanted to leave but some how we thought to finish up our meal and then leave. Next thing what I noticed was a family was having their meal and three waiters attending them, talking to them and on other hand the waiters had no interaction with us. Only thing I liked was the person who served food to us was good and greeted us well. Food is ok but the people are very cold. If you are running a restaurant , first learn hospitality. We really felt unwelcome and will never visit again. Very very poor
