Top points to anyone that doesn't demolish their scallop's in one bite. #OmNom #SabaiInTheCity

Bee Satongun and her chef husband opened the first Paste restaurant in 2013.'The menu is essentially heirloom creative Thai cuisine, based at it’s core on numerous old Thai family recipes from between 1870 AD and 1930 AD.' This year they have received a michelin star. #MichelinGuideBBK2018 #ChefsToWatch

Try the Bangkok Fizz. Citrus orange flavours burst out with kalamansi puree, lemongrass syrup & Absolute vodka shaken over ice, brought to life with an elegant serving of prosecco. #FruityFridays #Woo

Today Thailand celebrates the birthday of the Queen Mother. Queen Sirikit met her former King Bhumibol in Paris, where her father was Thai ambassador. #ThaiCulture

#Noom by #SiamWisdom is a #MichelinGuideBBK2018 recommended restaurant with the perfect mix between old and new. The food is both characteristically #Thai and uber exciting.

Our platters are good for sharing. Or eating all to yourself and then denying it, outright, after. #SabaiInTheCity

Our cocktail menu was made for the summertime. The sweet and sharp #PinkLady is todays #FruityFriday favourite.

This was my first visit to a Sabai Sabai Restaurant. I had Takri Hed (Mushrooms in a white wine, garlic and lemongrass sauce) followed by Geng Deng (Duck in a red curry sauce)

The flavours were stunning. My wife had Prawn Tempura and the Ped Makam (Tamarind Roast Duck)We had Primitivo Italian Red wine that went very well with the dishes.

Service was friendly and efficient and the ambience in the restaurant was very good.

Looking forward to our next visit

At first i was sceptical with the misty windows as I entered the restaurant. Great experience. On a Saturday evening at prime time (8pm) they accommodated a table for two in an already busy restaurant. Service was fine, nothing spectacular but the food was devine. Shared a couple of Thai curry dishes and the house special pineapple rice but the star of the show was the soft shell crab. One of the best meals ive had in ages.

User

Absolutely stunning meal. Best to date and we've eaten here a lot. Highly recommend steak, weeping tiger, lamb chops, steamed sea bass and papaya salad. It was all amazing. Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Sabai Sabai in Moseley has been our 'go to' restaurant for special occasions for many years so we were disappointed that our recent visit didn't live up to the usual standard. The staff remained polite and friendly and the atmosphere cosy but our complementary prawn crackers never arrived, we both had burnt rice and the flavour seemed to be lacking. We also had to ask two different waiters before we got our drinks. For the prices they charge, it's just not good enough anymore. I hope this was just an off day for the restaurant, however reading recent reviews, it doesn't seem it is.

User

Prawn crackers were nice. I liked the chicken dumplings. The green Thai curry was average, needed more spice and a bit too creamy. Overall was an average meal. The venue itself was quite dark. Service was good.

Had a lovely meal this evening at Sabai Sabai, everything was utterly perfect until the bill came. Mentioned we had seen on Facebook a 20% off voucher for the set menu, the waitress went on about a voucher. I showed her the page and the code '20SETOFF' and she then went on about having to get another specific code by calling the restaurant directly! This isn't mentioned on the page and was a complete embarrassment to argue in front of our guests.

Great service , thou had two differ waiters , men ub prefer the older menu by far

Starts wings amazing spicy & favours

Mains BBQ chicken didn't like it

Went cold in minutes , spinach did to complaint the dish

Seem to be lacking the old sabi sabi vibe

User

Although the food was good, the service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait a long time before our drinks arrived, they seem to have been forgotten. During the meal we wanted to order more drinks but after trying to get attention for 15 mins, gave up the struggle as we had finished eating. Again, another painful 15mins trying to signal anyone for the bill. This is a shame as it wasn’t busy, and staff were walking through, but seemed to choose to ignore us! Nice food, but please train staff!

I'm a regular at Harborne Sabai Sabai and thought Mosley would be the same. So we ordered food to take away. Got it home, it was burnt externally and not cooked through internally. I wouldn't even describe the quality as average. l love Harborne and so am especially disappointed
