Yet again Safe & Sound Your Car has excelled themselves by quickly and efficiently diagnosing and fixing a recent electrical fault on my car saving me an expensive bill at a main dealer. Simon carried out all the work on my driveway so I could remain in the comfort of my own home too! Safe & Sound will continue to be my first choice as they have been for the past few years. Thank you again!

Well what can I say about KYCS and the magician Simon and his sidekick Uzzey. Not only have they done a brilliant job on my BMW E90 with halogen headlights converting them completely to LED including the Angel Eyes and fog lamps. After having given them some after market headlights they took them apart and sorted them out completely. I am more than happy with them, excellent work and well recommended to anyone who needs this sort of work Thanks fellas's I will be back for some more work later this year.

We called Simon out, after being recommended by the garage we use, to fix one of our vans as it would not start. He came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it there and then. He was professional in his conduct and could not have asked for a better service.



Was even fairly priced for a mobile auto electrician. Hopefully will not need him again but if we did we will give him a call!!

This guy will not give up, he will fix until it work.

He was with me from 11am to 10pm and it wasn't about the money, he may not be the best at everything but his passion that burning make him being the best.

Simon saved my holiday! I was a week away from going to France and found out my tow bar electrics were dead which meant I couldn’t take our bikes. Simon turned up and stayed until everything was working, some the electrics were simply missing he rewired, soldered etc. He stayed until 8.00pm! Really nice bloke and knows his stuff. Once again thank so much we had a fantastic holiday cycling around France. Cheers Simon!!

Simon did a superb job first of all fitting parking sensors to my car. He was professional and proficient in his conduct. When I later decided to have dash camera's Simon was my first port of call. All I had to do was arrange for him to access the keys whilst I was away. I came back to front and rear camera's fitted and working. I have the ability to record on a loop for 11/2 hours, play back save the footage or take a photo. There is an micro SD card that you can use with your computer to upload and use the footage or play back one the mirror display. I am a very satisfied customer.

Safe & Sound came out to fit front and rear dash cams in my parents cars while they were out of town. Great customer service, great attention to detail, very knowledgable about car electronics/security etc, hassle free and CLEAN (left no mess behind). Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their car electronics servicing, repairing or upgrading. Definition of the word professional.

Recently had a fault in my Audi A4 where the warning light for the bulbs wouldn't switch off, even though the lights were working fine. He went out of his way to fix the fault at 11:30pm (outside of working hours, as I had a buyer looking at the car at 9am) he fixed the fault within 15 mins. Will highly recommend.

Really pleased to have found someone to trust with my 1979 VW Camper Van



After a drama with on overheated light switch Simon went above and beyond to help and was more than happy for me to sit and watch and talk me through what he was doing.

You saved my car when part of the engine had gone and the AA weren't able to help (or diagnose the exact issue) other than tow it somewhere which would've been inconvenient and expensive! I needed the motors replacing, for the central locking to work, in front the doors of my car. Parts were ordered and fitted whilst I was at work and my car on at home on my drive. Simon was efficient, professional, trustworthy I would certainly recommend and use again.

Been using Simon for technical in car services since I saw he was a stand out technician in a garage in birmingham, every time I take my car in this guy diagnosed the issue, it was like he was the team on his own, last time he sorted my BMW with a tracker & had a list of in car entertainment extras I wanted, all was sorted over 2 days, he will travel to location and I will always make it work for him to look after any car issues I have in the future. �

Amazing service. I had a problem with the lights of my car (failed MOT) and Simon fixed everything quickly and perfectly. Precise, punctual and accurate. Highly recommended.
