Young man working in cafe on Friday morning was very helpful to all customers polite and smiley, also working the shop floor tills was a chap named Craig who was really pleasant - well done, made shopping there a pleasure today.

We love Sainsbury's Kidderminster!

Clare on fresh cakes counter is AMAZING as is Olivia (who is always running around with a headset on) - my 7 year old Max loves both of them but loved Olivia's Grinch Christmas jumper this evening!! xx

The staff at sainsburys are wonderful, we always chat to a lovely lady called Anne on clothing, who has always gone out of her way to chat to us and our children, even giving our little one a hug when hes asked her for one. The two older ladies on the deli counter who look like sisters have always been so lovely and friendly. The bakery staff are stars, one man even learnt some signs from watching Mr Tumble on tv, every one one of the staff chat to us and our children and are so lovely. Your staff at the Kidderminster store are a credit to you.

Thanks to the young man ice skating around the car park at your Kidderminster store this evening, spreading salt to ensure the safety of all customers

Me and my partner went to see if we could see the pharmacist in a emergency last night, the lovely security bloke let us in being as it was closed due to powercut. Just want to say thanku so so much to Deb and the lady she was working with at chemist. You looked after me very much, and made sure i was ok. You made me feel so much better. Thankyou so much again

I would like to thank mike a member of the sainsburys staff, who after I was feeling quite poorly, got me a wheelchair and pushed me round to get my shopping.

All the cats here @CatsForRehoming want to say a big thank you to Sainsbury's in Kidderminster for allowing us to have a food collection bin in store.

It's because of their kindness and the kindness of their lovely customers that us cats get to eat all the scrumptious food donated there..

Thank you Sainsbury's for being so kind to us at

I am a regular shopper in Sainsbury’s Kidderminster, & for the most part I have no complaints, but not when I visited last Friday, (27/04/18).

The deli counter has been closed for several days for a 'refit', so I was pleased to see that it had reopened. However, it was clear that the usually happy staff were obviously stressed & distracted. There was some minor confusion as to which of the 3 waiting customers was next, so I asked the lady serving if the customer ticket machine was working. The assistant explained that her manager was trying to source some tickets, which had been removed during the refit, I then asked if the electronic display was still working, & it was then that the poor assistant discoverd that the entire system had been disconnected!

Given that the slicing machine is positioned so that the assistants back faces awaiting customers, how exactly will the assistant be able to tell which customer is next? Most customers are perfectly courteous, but there are those who are not, & it is completely unacceptable for the assistants to have to 'police' this situation! If deli customers are left in a situation of confusion over who is the next to be served, they may well stop visiting the counter to avoid unpleasantness! Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable for the staff to have to deal with aggressive customers at busy times who are arguing over queue jumping!

Had a bad custoner service experience this evening when i popped in to the store. Albeit the store was about to close i had just finished paying for my items at the till when i realised i had forgotten some medication. As i ran back to get it there was a member of staff ( blonde /light brown hair, with a headset on standing at the tills) and muttered " for gods sake" as I

ran past. I was gonsmacked to say the least and surely that isn't how a member of staff should behave. I totally understand that the store was closing but still should not have happened.

Visited the Kidderminster store earlier today and thought we’d pop to the cafe for lunch. Really disappointed from start to finish. I was occupied watching our toddler whilst husband was paying for our order, while he was paying the lady making drinks asked if we would like a mug or tea pot. As my husband didn’t answer because he was paying she just made 2 mugs to which another couple began picking up when the lady then said that they were for us. My husband asked for two pots of tea as the mugs had been handled by someone else, the member of staff didn’t look impressed and said oh I’ll just throw this then, what a waste!

The restaurant was filthy, dirty tables, dirty crocks on the tables as the stations to take them back to we’re full. I had to clean our table myself.

Then our food if you can call it food came. The chicken nugget meal for our toddler looked good but when I tried to cut his chicken nugget in half I couldn’t! When I told the lady who had bought the meals out she asked if we would like something else as they have had several complaints about the nuggets recently. It would have been ideal for us to know this before giving our very independent toddler the choice of nuggets or fish fingers to eat. He chose chicken nuggets so that’s what he wanted. He ended up with a toastie (untouched) my husband ordered the big breakfast. The first lot of bacon came out Black he asked for this to be changed straight away. The second lot of bacon was like cardboard and the sausages were black. By this point we couldn’t be bothered to ask for a replacement again as we had to be back at work. So we ate what we could and left very disappointed in the service and the product. We used to love coming to the sainsburys cafe and have never had a bad meal but today has put us off completely.

The corporate greed of Sainsbury's knows no bounds. We are now greeted by car washers employed by " Spot Less. org"

I wonder if their pay & conditions & rights are in line with Sainsbury's employees.

Sainsburys really are in the money no matter how its made

Shocking service in the café! The store itself is fine but every time I visit the café they get it wrong but my latest visit was my last. Ordered salmon - no salmon. Son had an apple tango but it had run out of syrup so had to get it changed. I ordered omelette with cheese, mushroom & ham. First one came with cheese only! Returned it & it came back without any ham. By the time I got what I had ordered my son had finished eating. I did complain & got money back for omelette & a £10 gift card but TBH, I won’t go back because they get it wrong every time. It’s never even busy in there & now I know why!

Last night we arrived at your store 5 minutes before closing time. We had come straight from the hospital gp out of hours to get medication for my daughter who is very poorly only to be turned away. Absolutely disgusting.

I purchased a dress 3 weeks ago at £22. It was on a receipt for loads of shopping. I could not find the receipt to return the dress which was too big. I anticipated a credit note which I don’t have a problem with. I was then informed the dress had been reduced and the credit note would be for £11!!!!

As I had no proof of date of purchase! Really!!!! There would have been a stock code and date on the system when the dress was sold too much trouble for the rude woman on the exchange counter. I will cease shopping in Sainsbury’s from now on. With competition high I suggest you look at your policies and staff! Very angry!
