The staff went out of their way today when my baby was sick in the cafe they rushed over cleaning it up helping me get him sorted. Even though it wasn't really their job the lady held my son while I sorted myself and him out as we where covered I'm so thankful. It was an ear infection but it could have been a bug or anything and they didn't hesitate to help me.

The staff always aim to go above and beyond. I was shopping with my two boys (one of which was crying and due a feed) when we go to the yills which where extremely busy, they opened a till for me unloaded by trolley, packed my shopping and then helped by talking the trolley up to the cafe. Thank you sainsburys staff.

Shopped at Sainsbury's for many, many years, but NO MORE! Because we live on the Isle of Wight we no longer get loyalty points. DISCRIMINATION. How can you justify that, when they are still available in Portsmouth Sainsbury's - you can't. I don't understand how you can get away with it.

Normally a great fan of Sainsburys. Bit disappointed at the customer service today though.

As a treat I normally buy my 19month old grandson a Gingerbread man,the baker was behind the counter, the gingerbread man was under the glass. The store was open for another three quarters of an hour. The man said that he couldn't sell me one. Very upset grandson.

The shop might be ok but the petrol station is a joke. What are they playing at? Either run a decent shop or pack up and just sell fuel. You can buy bread but no butter. You can buy coffee but not milk...it the worst petrol station on the island. Too freaking lazy to bring milk over. Many of us work on the Riverway industrial estate and the petrol station is handy...the staff are great but the management are useless...No problem I will use Asda from now on

The new Nectar card is rubbish. I've visited Newport four times this month and received no points. Not what you'd expect from a loyalty card. Might as well go to Morrisons or Asda.

Sainsburys on the Isle of Wight have really loused up! This new Nectar scheme is utterly ridiculous. Who has the time to mess about with this nonsense? After 20 years of devout loyalty, and like scores of others, I have abandoned Sainsburys and their stupid nectar scheme and now shop at Iceland, Co-op, Morrisons, Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Aldi, in fact, anywhere but Sainsburys. Goodbye Sainsburys, it used to be good knowing you.

My daughter saved her pocket money for 3 weeks to buy the num noms snackables dippers for £5.50. Today, Father's Day 2018, she was able to buy it and was in absolute tears with disappointment! There is NO scented slime - there is NO scent at all and when you dip the tiny pieces of plastic in cold water that you fill in the plastic container, they do not change colour. After she opened it in the car, she was in tears! After having a good look at the product in the car, I immediately went back in the Isle of Wight Newport store to return the item as it is does not do what it says it should do on the package, and was told with glee by a group of 3 employees behind the "customer service counter" that there was nothing they could do, that many have also tried to return the product with similar complaints but once it is opened they cannot accept it back. Absolutely rubbish experience! If so many people have complained about this rubbish product, with children crying their eyes out after buying it, WHY are you selling it Sainsbury's???????

Hi Sainsbury's. I was in your café today and bought a cold drink in a glass bottle. I was asked at the counter if I wanted a glass and when I said yes was given a single use plastic cup. I asked the counter assistant if the cup would be thrown away after use and he said yes. I refused the cup and drank out of the bottle. Come on Sainsbury's! It's "Plastic Free July" for goodness sake. Please provide re-usable cups in your cafes.
