I great placed supermarket with a restaurant. We are regular visitors for a wide range of shopping.

I do my shopping at Sainsbury's every week I find the staff really helpful the young girl in the bakery is really friendly I use the cafe as well it's very nice just some times when it is really busy I think there should be a few more staff as have to wait to be served a long time over all it's a nice store there is every think that you need under one roof the clothes are lovely and the store is always clean my favourite supermarket

Great fresh made Pizza and daughter likes to get some olives from the Deli.

Friday is Sainsbury's day in our house , straight in for Fish and chips in the cafe and then shopping at our leisure . �����.

What an awfull afternoon trying to shop at sainsburys at voyager drive cannock yesterday.

I approached the customer service desk, one employer was dealing with a queue and another employee was just working at the end of the counter. I approached her and asked for a mobility scooter as I am disabled with crutches and I really struggle to walk I was told yes there was one available. Whilst she was getting the key and waiting for my scooter another customer in the queue said he wanted to use one. The lady serving the people in the queue told me there was only one scooter available and the other customer was there before me even though I asked first and only then did he request that he would also require one. I was then told to my amazement that this other customer "was a regular customer" and that I would have to take a seat and wait for one. I shop in your cannock branch every week and have done for many many years and spend over £150 each time aswell as top up shops in the week also. To be told that I have to wait as someone else is a regular customer is disgusting. Whether it's my first time or one hundredth time in that store surely I should be treated as fairly as any other customer?

I find your employees comment to be very unnecessary and unfair towards me. Maybe if I'm not a regular enough customer I should be taking my business elsewhere.

Went with my grandson yesterday. Service terrible lots of people behind counter but falling over each other and not constructive. Big take away order held up the service???????

The service is dreadful the place is like a shit hole no one seems to clean tables you have to wait if the person in front wants hot drinks as there's only one serving every week I have to send my meal back if I have eggs which I always ask Forsoft yolks and they are always hard and have to go back no one seems to give a damn and I have e mailed them twice on there customer services site and they haven't even had the decency to contact me so if your thinking of going for a nice meal don't go to Cannock

The cafe breakfast was poor: burnt toast, uncooked bacon, cold plus they forgot my sausage

Shopping there no problem it's really good.



However the cafe is another matter.



We were going to have breakfast but there was a 30 min wait.but it didn't seem very busy.

And so we had two pots of tea which were terrible.very weak and the worst we have ever had.

So we will not be visiting the cafe again.



But no problem with the supermarket.

Regarding the cafeteria only.

Lift out of order again.

Dirty tables, seats and floor, the cafeteria was fairly empty and quiet yet nobody bothering to cleanup.

Even if people would take there trays, plates rubbish to the tray racks the place still needs to be cleaned!

Not a good visit at all! Ordered a breakfast and had to wait for over half an hour and left most of it. Actual cafe disappointing. Never again, defo Morrisons cafe for me.

Love the store but sadly you only get 2 stars today! Ordered and paid for a simple bowl of soup in the cafe and waited 30 steam-out-of-the-ears minutes watching your server buzzing around like a bluebottle. On asking how much longer, it turned out that the till did not send a ticket to the kitchen with our order and hence they knew nothing of the order! Gavin very contritely told us that there is a known IT glitch and this happens fairly regularly here and at other stores. He has brought up the problem several times to no avail from your IT people. FIX it Sainsbury's please - a known software fault like this will cost you customers!

I always have breakfast at Sainsbury's early if go in late you will wait at least half a hour and it will be crap anything after 10 o'clock and the table,s are always in a state I blame the management for not employing enough staff also needed is a drinks machine free with meals as for shopping it is normally very good the clothes department is rubbish it comes from some cheap sweat shop

Went into the cafe yesterday afternoon,4 people seated,stood at counter close on 7/8 minutes,Collegue came out,didn't look happy no apology for me waiting not good customer service at all

Used to be a lovely place for breakfast but new manager has taken over and changed it all around not for the better.

Definitely needs the toaster scrapping as it only does toast on one side.

Prices have recently gone up due to a new menu. Not good 😒

Took my Mum here for lunch today and was extremely disappointed with the service. I asked for scrambled eggs and salmon on a bagel and after a very long conversation with the sales assistant it transpired it was only on the breakfast menu - this means not available after 12.00 apparently. I then asked if the cafe did toasted sandwiches -reply: just what's on the menu. I ordered soup and a roll and waited over half an hour for a bowl of mediocre soup that needed seasoning.



We also ordered a pumpkin spiced latte and a flat white coffee. My flat white was spilt on the way to the counter and not topped up. After paying, the assistant dropped my change on the counter which I had to pick up. The attitude of the counter staff was that we customers were an irritation. The guy delivering the food to the tables however was doing a great job under pressure.



Overall a disappointing experience and not one we will be rushing to repeat.

Shame on Sainsbury’s petrol station today in Cannock, when breaking down and having to wait in the minus degree weather for 2 hours, going into the petrol station to ask for help and instead being laughed at by a women who periodically came outside to ask “can’t you move it out the way?” Sorry mate we’ll try to break down in a more convenient place next time � poor customer service.
