went into the restaurant for breakfast, it was great and was served by a very pleasant young man, who came back and asked if everything was alright ...x

Went to the petrol station to get a fiver of petrol. My card was declined and I couldn't get in touch with any family. the lovely lady behind the counter lent me the £3.13 to complete my transaction and I was absolutely overwhelmed by her kindness. I was so embarrassed but she made me feel completely at ease. Thank you so much <3

Went there early as 2year old had me up playing since 4am...she said merry christmas to some lovely staff who then gave her a unicorn teddy for christmas. My heart melted at their kindness and my 4am start didnt seem so bad knowing I have a pleasant well manered child(as stated by the staff)

The trolley collecter should be more polite.I did apoligise for being in his way, but he assumed i was on my phone when i was just checking the time. He should not mutter this out loud when i had walked away.11.32 am

Nice meal but had a long wait considering how few people in the café. Nice big Cappuccino.

I parked in the car park for my girlfriend to pop in store, my experience wasnt bad nor good

Disappointed that they are now doing tea in single use paper cups with breakfasts rather than making use of the infinatly reusable teapots and cups they have on the shelf.



Not very 'green' sainsbury!

Fukin food frm there is discustin it wasn't cooked properly also full ov grease if I wanted tha much I'd drink it from tha bottle not nice at all 4 tha price u pay its fukin rank

Told it was because they had been extra busy!!!

What a load of rubbish.

We've asked on several previous occasions and been told the same thing.

Basically it's down to the lack of planning.

Really must find somewhere else to shop and eat.

And, is it my imagination or as anyone else noticed that we are not get as many extra point coupons as we used to and those we do get are usually for insurance or online shopping.

No wonder Sainsburys is losing profits - people are going elsewhere and I think I'm going to join them - rant over.

Popped into ur blackheath restaurant for a cuppa yesterday . . The place was a disgrace we were there for 45 mins and it that time all the tables around us were left dirty and our table (which was the clearest) had ketchup and salt everywhere ! I myself work in a busy department store restaurant and am glad to say we never have our place look like that !!

Not been in for a few weeks and suddenly our absolute favourite big breakfast sandwich has gone apparently because of customer demand what a load of garbage I used to see dozens of them being served every time .... really annoyed

Just brought a create your own pizza from here & it was totally disgusting couldn't eat it threw it in the bin there wasn't any tomatoe sauce on the base & barely any cheese & as for the ham & chicken we asked for even the cat wouldn't eat it won't ever buy one again will be sticking to Asda

Had ready prepared fruit yesterday had blue plastic in the Melon not nice threw it away

Dont order breakfast unless u like soggy toast - undercooked bacon - bitter toms - herby sausages or cold coffe - 1st and last time �
