Sainsbury'S

I'm so annoyed I've been shopping here for the last 12 years I am aware that the car park is pay and display, today I got to the first machine note in it "machine out of order, council informed" off to the second machine same thing, assuming that no machines were working off I went into the shop, came out, parking ticket!! What annoyed me was I still had my car parking money rattling around in my pocket. I went into Sainsbury's to complain and I was told by customer services to dispute the ticket and that the council deal with this as they own the car park, I asked who puts the signs on the machines when they don't work this would be Sainsbury's, I pointed out that it may of helped if the sign had confirmed that other machines within the car park were working as I didn't realise that a visit to Sainsbury's included a ticket machine hunt, As I was leaving the notices were being updated as I suggested, so now I'm £25 out of pocket Which I can't afford and fuming
