Would just like to compliment two of your employees. I was behind an old lady today who was on a minibus trip to get her weekly shop and was in tears as she couldn't find her bank card. Siobhan the lady at the till and Ryan were both absolutely lovely comforting the lady sorting her shopping telling her not to worry and got her shopping for her. She was clearly distressed and the two store members were so kind an absolute credit to your store.

Man a present. I agreed and he come over with a paw patrol play track

I couldn't believe my eyes my boy was so chuffed thanks so much Ian was very kind of you such a lovely gesture. X

The staff came to the school today with left over Lego cards. They made the children's day! Thank you!

Thanks to the lovely store manager Nick; dinner is eaten and homework is done! The lovely unicorn hair band was very generous _thank you �

Can I just say a big thank you to the lovely chap who works in the bakery section at St.Johns. Our little one was upset after having her injections so we were buying her a ginger bread man. He was chatty and telling us about his little one getting injections. He even offered to buy her gingerbread man for her. Its staff like this that make for excellent customer service. Sorry i didnt get a name but thank you.

Generally I find the experience very good but yesterday the man in the wheelchair was very sarcastic and rude. I will return to the store but will never allow him to serve me again.
