Sam was so patient with me when it came to booking mine and my partners holiday as I wasn't 100% sure on location and what exactly we wanted. We looked at multiple options together, which took the stress right out of me as I'd been getting apprehensive about getting something booked. Once everything was booked, we were both just as excited as each other and I cannot imagine ever booking a holiday by myself now. Sam is accommodating in every manner, as long as she's got some idea what you want and need she'll find something perfect as she did for us. Considering I burst into tears when all booked, I'd say she's a damn right pro at her job!
