Good morning. We start the week with some disturbing news. We had a major incident behind the scenes last Wednesday at 2.30 in the morning. We were burgled. The police and there forensics have been involved as they consider pharmacy incidents as a priority. Among the items stolen were staff wages. Our staff work very hard and it is very sad for the people involved not to be able to see how much pride our staff take in there work. Please ring us(you don't need to give us your name) with any information that may help the police with this matter.

Would just like to say thank u to the lovely staff member who I spoke to about my daughter and I ended up getting upset it ad just been a stressful day but thank u so much for ur kindness I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy xxx 12.07.17 17.00pm xx

Surry and team at Saydon Pharmacy are always friendly, professional and super helpful. Great service, guidance and advice and the minor ailments scheme they have is just brilliant for those living in the local area.

My first ever job as saturday girl. Surry and team taught me so much that i have carried through life with me. And as a customer i have been given great advice too. The staff were great with my mom when she was poorly and very supportive to my dad now he is widowed. BIG LOVE to a great place. Not just a chemist.

Love the staff always so cheerful and helpful . Nothing is to much bother

Amazing service - going above and beyond in this day and age is very rare and these guys do it as standard it seems.



My local pharmacist couldn’t get my usual prescription so when I let my Drs Surgery know the Receptionist recommended trying these guys instead ..... who unfortunately couldn’t it either but fully explained the troubles they were having stocking it and were really apologetic .



I called my surgery back to explain and ask for a Drs call back —- within half a day Chester Rd Surgery had liaised with this wonderful Pharmacy , agreed a comparable alternative medication , transferred the prescription needed and Saydon staff called me direct to advise it should be in stock the next day - but still rang me again to confirm the next morning to save a wasted journey.



The shop was busy when i got in but all customers greeted with a friendly helpful smile and real proper cheeriness .



Really impressed with the staff and level of service here - highly recommended .
