This poorly Ford focus st came to us having been mis diagnosed and partially stripped before being abandoned by the previous 'mechanic' 🙄 we soon confirmed that the engine had a cracked liner and severe bottom end damage 🤕😖 the customer supplied a good used engine from a Ford specialist breaker and we set about removing what was left of the old engine. We then fitted a new gates timing belt and water pump kit , fully serviced and inspected the new engine before swapping all of the wiring loom, ancillaries and gearbox before re fitting to the car, once it was wired, plumbed and filled with new oils and fluids it was time to fire her up, carry out some final checks and hand it back to her happy owners.

This transit custom came in for a few minor modifications, first of all it had a full set of lowered springs fitted along with some brand new alloy wheels and roof rails as well as a full service and inspection, another happy customer with some improved kerb appeal 👌

Spate of broken springs here at s.c.services, have you heard any extra loud bangs after a pot hole lately ? This could be the culprit

Task of the day today was this mercedes that had seen the wrong side of a ditch, we removed all of the damaged panels and replaced the bent brackets and washer bottle underneath. We reassembled the vehicle and ligned the panel gaps up ,tested the new light and washers and it soon looked good as new 👌

Our last job of the week was this audi a5 we carried out a full service and inspection using genuine audi parts and carried out a gearbox oil change using castrol oil we then replaced all of the brake discs and pads with genuine parts and painted the brake calipers and carriers in black and gold as per the customers request which finishes it off nicely , another happy customer and another week done

This jaguar x type had a terrible humming from the rear of the car we traced it to the rear wheel bearings and once replaced the car was good as new

Well this customer definitely got his money's worth out of this hyundai clutch 😱 so much that it completely disintegrated sending lumps of metal flying around the bell housing damaging the crankshaft sensor causing the engine to cut out completely, in no time at all we had the vehicle back up and running and returned to the customer

Even the nypd come to S.C.Services to have their car repaired 😉 enjoyed working on this one 😁

This bmw 330 came to us leaving a trail of power steering fluid behind it. We soon found the two heavily corroded steering rack pipes causing the leak and instead of replacing the whole steering rack at a cost of £££ like most garages would we used one of our local contacts to source a pair of good second hand pipes for less than a quarter of the price of a rack, fitted, tested and back to the customer on the same day

One of our more recent jobs this seat leon cupra came to us for a few performance upgrades before it goes for stage 2+ mapping, first off it had uprated ebc drilled and grooved discs and yellow stuff pads to improve the stopping power. Next on the list was an organic race clutch to handle all that power! Engine wise it had a larger exhaust and intake to improve air flow in and out of the engine and audi r8 coil packs and ngk bkr7eix spark plugs to throw the best possible sparks 💥 we carried out a swirl flap and pcv valve delete and fitted an uprated fuel pressure valve and high pressure fuel pump and she's ready to go 🚘🚗💥 this little car pulled just shy of 400bhp on the dyno at the customers mappers !!!!!! What an animal

This peugeot 308 diesel came to us with a severely leaking injector seal, we cleaned away all the carbon that had built up around the injector and removed the injector. After removing the injector and the old seal we recut the injector seat and cleaned the injector then fitted the injector with a new seal, the customer was over the moon to have his car back with no leaks

This vw caddy came to us with a broken clutch pedal (a common problem with these) we removed the pedal and welded the broken tab back in place, protected the bare metal with some black paint and fitted the pedal back to the van, the customer was over the moon to have his van back good as new
