Twisted Attractions, Hellfest, October 2015
So here we are, it's finally October and scare attractions across the country are a flurry of activity making final preparations and getting ready to showcase their attractions. Many of whom have been in the business for many years, but the attraction I attended last week (thankfully fully clothed this time)! comes from two guys who appeared out of nowhere a couple of years ago. Twisted Attractions came on to the scene with their de...but attraction The Morgue Live, I knew after attending this that these guys had something quite special and were definitely ones to keep an eye on! Two years later they are opening their doors to Birminghams first ever scream park, Hellfest.
Situated in the heart of Birmingham, with easy and convenient parking, Hellfest is not one to be missed if your wanting some excitement and screams this Halloween. With four fantastically themed, chilling mazes to go around, Panic, Carnage, Terror on the Streets, be sure to take your time around this one and take in the fantastic interior of Victorian London, and Ward 78, which is definitely best if you can brave it alone....I did...with only a lantern to guide my way! To make the most of the evening you can take advantage of the new food court, Cannibals Cave, serving hot and cold refreshments, this is great for relaxing and catching your breath before the next round of scares, it's a great place to just kick back and people watch, whilst hearing the screams of terror from people hastily making their way through a maze, it also means you can make a whole evening of it instead of rushing from one maze to another.
Overall I had a great night at Hellfest, the whole team are so obviously very passionate about making sure your night is one you won't forget in a hurry!
Hellfest runs on selected nights from 2nd October until 8th November.

Scare Raters review of Scare Kingdom Scream Park October 2014
Arriving at Scare Kingdom I couldn't help but feel the flurries of excitement, for me this is where my passion for scare attractions began with my first of many visits to Horror Camp Live back in 2012.
This is Scare Kingdoms sixth year, so in comparison to others they truly are veterans within the scare industry, with this in mind and with past experience I certainly held high expectations of this years attraction....
