Wedding took over most of the place we had to wait bit but service was amazing and I would come back again.

This place is a little jewel. The staff and management are friendly and attentive. The food, the choice of food and drinks were fantastic. We left here nice and full 🤤

Me as well as my family absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The waiters were very attentive and did not hover like you get some times in a buffet restaurant. The man at the main desk in the reception was very welcoming. The food was 5* and such a wide variety to choose from. Would recommend this place for sure. Lovely family atmosphere.

It was such a lovely atmosphere and the food was absolutely outstanding the place was amazing for all occasion , really enjoyed the food and I would recommend it for everyone to visit

It was clean, airy and to my surprise was furnished well with friendly staff. The food selection was also great for lunch time and was reasonably priced.

Went yesterday for my son's birthday. Food was good and quite a variety. Staff were pleasent. My only complaint was that they could have made an effort to make their car park safe with all the ice, very slippery and dangerous. Some of my family were wearing heels and one would think they could have gritted the ground.

Much bigger from when I last went here 2 years ago. The choice of food is a lot more. Very spacious and soft drinks included in the price.

Lovely venue, waiter in charge of my booking was very friendly and accommodating. Sadly the guy in the front was a bit of a ass. Booked for 25 people but not all 25 turned up at the end but he still tried to charge us for 25 heads. Food was good.

I have been going here for years and even brought my friends and family over from different areas and we always enjoy the food

it's OK staff are really friendly and can't do enough for u food was ok but not as nice as the first time I went and I've been 4 tines site but food reminds to go down hill but a cheap meal no expensive but it's only ok for once in a while and one more thing I was disappointed in their plates were not cleaned tidy and restaurants was quite dirty but thsr might bcoz the were really busy at that time so food was ok but maybe only worth a 2 stare or even 1 but bcoz the friendliness of the staff I would say 3

The restaurant is OK but the seats are very uncomfortable I wish they would change them, as this was not my first visit, staff are friendly, I did not mind that we had to pay before we were seated, but it would have been better if there was a clear sign for customers to know this as it is not stated in their website, price is OK for what is on the menu.

Not to bad. Actually for £9.99 including drinks you can't complain.

Clean environment however the staff are all European so none speak English; they do what they been told clean clean clean. Meaning even when your eating they want to clear your table take your plates lol.

Last time we went to this place was in 2012 and we vowed never to come back as food wasent all that and drinks were extra at that time...



We decided to give it another chance yesterday...we went at lunchtime and its £9.99 for adults and £6.99 for children under 10y...drinks were included..



Food is very nice and tasty although choice is limited from evening menu...we did find all the food was tepid and not very warm..



Kids loved the pizza and that was nice and hot and lovely...



Desserts could have been better for the kids....there was lots of asian style desserts like kheer...sehmyiya...gajer halva...but sadly for our young children there was only jelly and iceream and no choc cake or any other cake...just lots of biscuits...



It was very clean in there but a bit cold..



We mite go again to see what evening experience is like but at £16 per person it wont be soon....

I've been coming here from the very first day it opened.. the food is nice.. not the best but nice.. the prices have increased a lot.. the first time I went it was around £11:50 I went today and paid near 16 quid a person.. it's no way near the on the quality to be charging that kind of money.

Good lovely environment. The man who welcomed us was rude the rest of the staff were good. Nice food but it's only for meat lovers . Loads of options for meat and chicken which I didn't like . Haleem was too bad didn't look or taste like haleem . Loved the freshly made lamp chops .

The first time i visited it was amazing although was a wedding it was full and we didn't book still surprised how we got the seats quick

A good range of starters and main courses visited this Saturday starters were good but disappointed with the main i thought they were less vege dishes and more meat dishes so I had to help my self with more starters. Ppl make it to be sooo special good place but wouldn't specially come to eat if I happen to be brum it's good still 13.50is pricey and to pay for 2 yr old children 8.50is a joke

I didn't like the food. The starters were cold. The mains were ok and desserts weren't nice. Both of my children were sick shortly after the mains. Overall was not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend to my family or friends

food was ok, staff are really grumpy, although the one waiter was really helpful in stamping on the massive cockroach than ran behind me, kids running all over the place, it was like eating in the middle of a playground.

Went here for my daughter birthday and someone robbed my phone � staff was no help at all , food wasn't up to much to ,we left without finishing ,will never go back

Went for nephews 21st. Few staff were polite few were rude. The person who looked like a owner kept saying go to the waiter. And waiter kept saying go to the front bar. And what waiter? They kept disappearing....All we wanted was a glass (going back and forth- whilst a small kid wanted a glass of water about to over heat from the weather and people heat - whilst the glass was near the man counting the money - poor customer service) and we paid over £300 for a awful service? Number one in business is good customer service, happy customer happy owner. Unhappy customer and a face to remember....I won’t be coming back for further events. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star because of the “uptight concentration on counting the money staff”.

Staff is utterly rude. We ordered 2 cakes a week+ before out visit to Shahi masala to celebrate my nephew's birthday. When taking order on the phone for the cake the manager said it will be £40, we were okay with it, took our card details and deduct £50 instead, how rude!!!! Without even giving us a courtesy call. We called them to ask why have they charged extra £10? They said oh sorry you will get £10 refunded to your account when you come, we said okay. On the day when we went, the manager was being extremely rude and DID NOT refund our money back. Ridiculous.

Food was good.

Shahi masala has been well in the past went today with husband! Never again!!! The waiters where lovely & helpful! Food was completly cold and when i asked can i have it warmed the waiter warmed it up for me!!!

Poor experience - the like to sit you if you are in big groups they refused us because it was two of us not four

Myself and my family came to your restaurant yesterday on the 27/08/18 to have a family meal, unfortunately the meal did not go as planned and ended badly. This was due to your food! Two of my brothers suffer from nut allergies and you had NO allergy advice near your food stating that the food may contained nuts or that they may come into cross contamination.

As soon as my brothers ate the grilled chicken pieces they began to have a severe allergy attack. We then had to rush out of your restaurant and go to A&E where they had to have treatment due to your contaminated food. We then spent the entire night in A&E and our family meal was ruined.

I have been to many restaurants in the past, and have never experienced this problem before, as they always have allergy advice next to their food for customers who may suffer from any allergies.

Horrible place ,my husband was very sick and poison from this food ,avoid please

Cold food I call waiter and head chef no response very bad service manager is very poor he look likes freshy . When I aks manager he said food hot I shaw him cold food he say 5-10 minutes food is cold he is ugly person.when call police he said ok . I also complain food agencies they come and investigate

Came here to celebrate Mother's Day with my family. The table we had reserved we were given, was told it was for someone else even when we gave or names (and it remained empty throughout our 2hr stay). The staff were very rude, no manners towards the customers and spoke as if they didn't wish to be there. When one of the children with us got sick and I asked for some assistance I had blue roll chucked at me. The warm food wasn't bad though. Hot food would of been better. I will be telling people about this place, i'll be telling them not to come here!
