Lex's service is great! She's lovely with the dogs, I can leave them knowing they're going to be looked after and pick them up looking and smelling fresh! Would recommend to every dog owner whether you've thought of having them groomed or not!

Lex was fantastic with both me and my very nervous and stressed out girl. She took time to let my dog relax and was so gentle when grooming. She did a fantastic job and waylaid all my fears and then some. I was also really pleased and happy on price and value for money. I entered as a client and left I hope as a friend. It's a great place, Mia loves going to see Alexa and Emma who spoil her. She loves going to get washed and groomed and comes back smelling nice. First class treatment. I wouldn't take her anyway else, She loves going to Shampoochi ��

It was monty's first visit today and he was a hairy mess. He now looks and smells wonderful. He came out happy and playful too. The girls are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.. we will definitely be visiting again soon.

Great service from Emma, Nala came out looking and smelling amazing. They were brilliant as it was her first groom and gave lots of encouragement. Nala loves going in to to say hi whenever we walk past.
