The Shed It And Shred It Challenges run for either 4 or a 6 week program. They are designed to help people kickstart a new healthier, happier and fitter lifestyle. We've helped people lose weight, drop inches, tone up, feel more energised and just generally getting them back to feeling their amazing selves again.

Self doubt is one of the biggest emotions that holds you back from achieving and seizing opportunities. It makes starting or finishing things harder than they need to be. The simplest and quickest way to overcome these feelings is to say STOP!!! When you get the feelings of self doubt bubble up inside you and are hearing the doubting voice saying ‘you’ll never be able to do that’ or ‘you’ll make a fool out of yourself’ or ‘everyone will be judging you’ think STOP! NO NO NO. I am NOT going down that road again. I CAN DO THIS! By doing this you can disrupt the thought pattern and stop that inner self-doubter from taking over ❤️

Happy Sunday aka Happy meal prep day!!! Sundays are a great day to plan your week ahead - plan your training days, plan your events and plan your meals. Meal prepping for the next few days ahead can be a god send when you live busy lives but it’s also good to do if you’re the kind of person that will just grab a bag of crisps or a chocolate bar instead of taking the time to make something nutritious. Take a couple of hours out of your day today to plan your week ahead. I hope you all have an amazing one 👊🏻

We all have bad days. We all feel like telling the world to stop occasionally so that you can get off. The thing that really tests our characters though is how you let others see you on those days. How you handle those bad days. Do you walk around with a cloud above your head for all to see or do you smile to everyone you meet then behind closed doors be who you feel like you want or need to be at that moment in time? Here at shred we believe that our sessions can become therapy for some people. Whatever you maybe feeling or experiencing in your day to day life can be left at the door before you walk in. It gives you time to forget, to be yourself, to have a release and to have fun. It’s ok to have bad days. Just don’t stay there ❤️

Fitness is not just about losing weight and inches, it’s also about improving your cardiovascular stamina and endurance. It’s very difficult to see your own fitness improving, which is why we do specific fitness based progression trackers to see how much you improve over a 30 day period. The only competition that you have is the person you were yesterday. Here at Shed It and Shred It we encourage each and every member to be the best version of themselves possible.

🎉🎉Happy 1 year anniversary to us!!!! 🎉🎉 It’s been 1 whole year since shed and shred was created and what a journey it’s been. I’ve had the honour of meeting some incredibly inspiring and motivating people along the way and it’s been an absolute pleasure to watch and help them transform their lives in more ways than one. They have lost a staggering 80 STONE between them over the year!! Exciting times still lie ahead as we expand our team, welcome more members and continuously strive to create more workouts and introduce new equipment to provide the best service for our members #watchthisspace

The best thing I have done for a very long time and is working for me. Doing a class every other day or so, is keeping me on track and making keep at it. The nutrition advice is very good and certainly works too.



The encouragement is second to none and the atmosphere is friendly, to the point I feel very at home and I’ve only known the venue and people for 3 weeks. Very welcoming and inclusive.



It’s certainly what I needed at this morning meant in time, and having ticked off the Black belt off my bucket list many years ago and since gone to seed having young children around, who knows the fire may reignite again if I can lose enough timber !



Enjoying it immensely and hope to for a long time.

The classes are hard going but so much fun. The buzz u get after a workout is amazing. Couldn’t recommend it any more highly x
