Hi everyone, we are taking bookings for the absolute beginner's crochet course beginning 8th November for four Thursday evening sessions. Unless there is overwhelming demand we will not be running the Wednesday course, we need a rest! There are only six places available so it's first come first served. Good morning all, Deborah Watson shared her latest projects with us. She loves working with our self-patterning Cherish DK by King Cole. It’s a 100% acrylic anti-pilling baby yarn and it feels and drapes beautifully. Thank you for sharing your work Deborah and well done, they are amazing. 🙂

Hi everyone, meet our new security guard, Jayne just finished his outfit. The jumper shoes and hat are made with Stardust DK by Stylecraft. Stardust is a blend of 95% Premium acrylic and 5% Polyester. It is a glittery yarn but as always that is difficult to capture well in the images. We have the yarn and patterns in stock. 🙂

Happy weekend everyone, Sarah Fellows crocheted this gorgeous hat and blanket set in baby DK. She used the Crystal wave stitch for the blanket and it is very effective. Someone must be very happy to receive this gift. Thank you for sending the pictures Sarah and well done.🙂

Sharon Cowley just sent a picture of her latest baby shawl. For this she used our Baby Shimmer 4ply and pattern. Shimmer has a subtle shine that is very hard to capture in photos; it looks fantastic and is something to treasure. Thank you for sending it in Sharon. 🙂

Sue Sedgwick sent us this picture of her crocheted hooded top made with our self-patterning Cherish DK by King Cole. This shade is Cafe Creme and there are many others in stock. It is 100% anti-pilling and very soft. Well done sue and thank you for the photo.🙂

Hi all, Jayne is just starting work on this crochet Teddy rug in our Tufty Super Chunky. It will measure about 60cm in diameter when finished. The top picture is a Teddy cushion and it could be the next project. 🙂

Hi everybody, do you like this gorgeous cardie? Val, one of our intrepid Knit n’ Nattererers, kindly made it for Jayne. She used our Batik Swirl by Stylecraft, shade Purple Mist, and Jayne is over the moon. Batik Swirl is a self-patterning yarn and comes in 200g cakes. It’s 80% premium acrylic, 20% wool and comes in 10 shades. There are plenty of designs too. £9.79 per 200g 🙂
