Any companies out there with a small mini digger? We just need a soak away for our duck pond digging. Approx 4ft square and 3ft deep?
Edit- we need someone to actually come and dig not us hire as we can’t use them!
Thanks

User

Were back!!!! We’ve had access issues with passwords!
Thinking of Xmas- who came and saw Santa last year with us?? What can we improve on this year?!

What a fantastic place. Brilliant staff and fab facilities. We held a birthday party there and had such a great time. The party room with its own garden is an excellent addition. All the rangers have been so helpful when liaising with them. Special acknowledgement to Ken though who engaged with the kids so well today!

User

We love the country park and farm. Our daughter had her 2nd birthday party which was a moo music/craft party and we hired the barn. Thoroughly recommend it for partys. Staff friendly/ welcoming, kids can enjoy party and spend time around the farm.

User

Visited here today with my sons, 3 and 1, they absolutely loved it and fantastic to see such well cared for animals in a lovely environment.

User

Lovely park with a bit of something for all the family.

We only had a quick wander round the farm and got to meet the cows which was great. Seems they're doing some work, but it'll be really good when they're done.

The kids play park is decent and is suitable for kids of all ages.

Also loved the aircraft viewing area. It's a great chance to see aircraft up close and you can get some great pictures.

User

Love this place. Staff are lovely. Facilities and prices of the cafe are brilliant and it’s always such a nice experience for the kids.

User

Just back from a day out with family and 3 grandchildren

User

I use sheldon country park a few times a week, I'm a childminder and all my children adore it there, there is so much fun to be had, the animals, park, looking at all the colours in the flowers, and I like that they employ Special Needs staff, they give them such a fantastic sense of worth working there, all the staff are very helpful and friendly to. Keep up the fab work!!!!

User

Have visited this beautiful place on many occasions my friend Dawn and her son David had a wonderful time today well done to all of you and also to the staff at the cafe :-) xx

User

First visit .. lovely place . Staff in snack bar very nice and very helpful

User

Delighted that we have such a amazing place within walking distance of my home...Took my 2 grand - sons who absoluty love it there...We fed the animals especially the cows. ..they were amazed at the size of its tounge..lol...They burn of some energy kicking a ball. .in the huge field...and to finish off...we went down by the stream....where one of them promptly walked in trainers and all..needless to say . ..found it very funny....in all a enjoyable afternoon. ..nice park to take the kids for a break....and it's free...

User

Brilliant little day out lil boy loves all the animals. All the staff always friendly and the cafe is also reasonably priced.

User

Brilliant fun for all ages. Keep the kids entertained for free. We downloaded an app to track the planes.

The farm is small but well kept. Nice little tea rooms for a hot drink or snack. Clean toilets too. Would definitely recommend.

User

We visited for the first time on August Bank Holiday. Loved the wide open spaces. The kids all brought thir bikes and we had 4 dogs with us and they all loved the freedom of the open spaces. We walked along to the area where you can watch the planes arrive/take off at the airport which we all enjoyed.

We had a great picnic back in the park area followed by a game of rounders. The hot weather added to the enjoyment of the whole day which finished off with the kids having half hour on the playground.

Parking is free and there are cafe facilities in the small farm. We didn't use either but posdinly would next time.

User

Really lovely park right on our door step! We had a lovely walk around the park let the kids burn some steam off in the playground which could do with being a bit bigger, the piglets were a massive hit with the kiddies and the other animals shame there aren't more animals but it's all for free so can't complain. We finished off by having a lovely game of cricket with the family! Definitely will be returning 👍🏼

User

My grandsons love this lovely little place . Just the right size and in lovely parkland . Nice little tea room with good menu and reasonable prices . Only criticism is the attitude of one female member of staff who was in charge of the bouncy castle yesterday . Clearly not used to children and constantly barked commands at 6 toddlers for no reason who were having fun and terrified my 2 year old grandson so that he got off and wanted to go home .

User

First of all just to say I love this place, but when we visited yesterday the amount of rubbish by the Airport viewing point was horrible, bins overflowing, wasps everywhere. Also by one of the benches going towards the play area there was lots of broken glass not good when lots of children and dogs around. Don't let this lovely park go downhill apart from that its great!

User

Fab And it’s about time the council put some money back into it. It’s one of the few places I can take my son who has autism there in the future. Great open space, loves the planes and the animals

User

Been attending this farm for many years, today I took my two children to participate in the activities. Beth was lovely and my children really enjoyed cuddling the bunnies, we skipped the clay faces in the end due to weather but still donated towards both activities seeing as wed booked them. However I am very disappointed in the tea rooms customer service today, we had arrived a little early and it was raining so thought coffee and a drink for kids while we wait, a man had just ordered drinks and he was told he couldn't sit inside as its for customers ordering food only, i questioned this to make sure I'd heard right which i had ....there isn't much space inside I appreciate that but it's a rainy morning the farm was empty how you can tell paying customers they can not sit inside is terrible customer service. You lost custom today because of it as I was not willing to sit outside in the rain with my children as a paying customer!!!!
