Update: Procyon is now up. Protostar and Sirius are still down - we can now confirm that this has been caused due to an issue with @OVH's billing system. We are continuing to liaise with OVH to fix the problem. We're very sorry about this. An email regarding compensation is being sent out to all affected clients.

Did you have trouble accessing our client area this afternoon? We had a hardware issue which was identified at approximately 16:14 CEST. The issue was reported and a temporary solution was put in place, all whilst our technicians were away from the comfort of their desks and were travelling - the power of remote working.

Monday tip: Ticket closed? Don’t worry! Our system automatically closes tickets after a certain amount of time. No need to reply unless you need us! 👌

We are actively aware and working on a number of server outages - you will see your server start to respond within the next few minutes. A full update on cause to follow. ^AG.

PayPal Subscriptions:
We've had to remove support for PayPal subscriptions due to the way we calculate exchange rates - our billing system, WHMCS, doesn't pass on updated currency information to PayPal at the time of payment - which means some clients have been unfairly overcharged or undercharged due to this. As I'm sure you can understand, this isn't an honest way of doing things and we couldn't continue to provide PayPal subscriptions as part of our service. We have reache...d out to WHMCS to enquire about adding support for updating PayPal subscriptions.
Please don't worry though, we do accept recurring direct debit and credit/debit card payments! Alternatively, you can "top up" your account with credit via PayPal in advance to ensure bills are paid automatically as you receive them. We've also sent an email out about this with more details - please don't worry though, everything is completely fine and you can still pay with PayPal - but you will have to pay manually due to the reasons listed above. 👌🏻
