Showcase Walsall

I’ve been going to Walsall showcase since I was about 10 and I’m 32 now . I have a lot of memories of the place . It’s a good cinema that’s always clean n tidy. It has a a good variety of sweets n popcorn . And space to relax before the film starts.

I went to Walsall today , we arrived late due to traffic . My son is special needs and has a CEa card and the service was 5* . My son is autistic, he was ushered to the front of people to tear our tickets then we was greeted by an amazing young man , he explained where was sitting that it would be dark and not to worry he would be at the back if we needed anything . We have never received such good service , well done showcase and your amazing staff team

Booked on line with insider card quick and easy to do and just as quick when we got to cinema staff were lovely thank you

Went to watch Black Panther, we booked on line easy to follow, nice welcome quick service, staff polite. Seats comfy a bit low and the only other problem no room to stretch your legs out but overall not to bad.

Took my elderly mother to see Mama Mia yesterday and liked the fact it was cheaper before 5pm. Plenty of free parking. Staff were lovely, it was clean in all the public areas ( unlike The Light Cinema on the Wharf which is often a tip!) However the seats are very old and uncomfortable. Poor show that it is only the back four rows that have been upgraded. Only about twelve of us in the auditorium and the only three people in the more expensive seats moved there from the uncomfortable standard seating in protest. Wish we had!

We came to watch fifty shades yesterday 8.25 showing, this was ruined by a group of ladies who did nothing but talk and argue throughout, it was brought to the attention of one worker by the ladies in front who sent

in a security guard, who just stood and watched while they carried on, unfortunately this ruined our experience, and most likely a few other people aswell, the group should have been removed after the first complaint as clearly they weren’t going to let anything go. Other than that lovely cinema �

Overall ok. Ticket price average for average comfort seats. But the food & drink combo deals make out as if the customer will be saving money by buying them as a combo when actually they cost exactly the same as if you were to purchase them as individual items? I think this is very misleading!

Always buy the xlr seats and enjoyed the movie. Staff were lovely and quick at serving. Went to watch fifty shades freed only thing to let my night down was the group of girls laughing and practically shouting over the film. Somebody smashing a bottle during the movie and people all over constantly on their mobile phones. Security came in at one point and sat down yet he said nothing to nobody about any of these issues. Such a disappointment as I have been coming to this cinema since I was a little girl and have never had any problems

Sat in one of the smaller screens. The seats are vile, very uncomfortable and dirty. The fact that this cinema is more expensive than the brand new light cinema in town is baffling �
