I went into Shrewsbury Audi just before Christmas and I haven’t received customer service like this for a very long time. I was with my 2 year old son and all of the staff were brilliant and attentive. Provided me with some toys for him to play with and even gave him an Audi teddy to take home as a Christmas present.



The car was fixed quickly, washed and immaculate and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else after this.



Amazing personal service in this day and age.

Had my Audi A4 b8 recalled for a replacement auxiliary element. Experience was great from the get go a kind women from reception held the door open to let my wife and I through with the pram also! It's the little things that get noticed ! Olivia who was my service advisor was very helpful and professional ! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

First time buying an Audi and it was great!! Alex was brilliant and helped with everything, my daughter was treated like a little star in the show room and nothing was too much trouble. Pleasure to go in and sort everything and the car is perfect 👌👍

First time at this Audi dealership and I must say that they did a great job of taking care of the car during its service and making me feel important whilst under their care. They seem to start work earlier than other dealerships which is great for people like me who start work early. Overall, I was very impressed with the attention to detail and found their regularity of contact to be extremely high - calling me at every stage of the service to both check I was happy with any extras being done / charged and to inform me of any faults or areas of concern that could be prevented. Very appreciative of the extra work that Jess did in bringing the total service price down as well.

Dropped in this morning after getting a noise from nsr tyre of my A5. Staff could not have been more helpful even considering we arrived 10 mins before the opening time. Car was checked and given the ok.

Was extremely disillusioned today when popping in to just confirm a detail on a brand new top of the range Audi S5 convertible which we ordered yesterday.

We were treated like some unwanted guests walking into the wrong house.

Reception staff were extremely cold and unhelpful, informing us the Salesperson with whom we did the deal yesterday was too busy as he was dealing with someone more important as this person was looking at buying 2 cars.

Is buying 1 x Audi S5 not business enough to warrant a bit of decency or customer service?

Ended up walking out ! Receptionist said it wasn't her problem !! Gobsmacked...

Gutted, as was going to purchase a car with you.

Seeking Audi in another town now.

I'm not one for reviews, especially negative ones! and in the past I must say that Shrewsbury Audi have always come across as proactive towards the value of customer service. However after chasing up for my service and mot by email and telephone, still not getting a response to have to drive in this morning to speak to the service team.

Time to try another dealership I think.



Feeling sorry for the sales team!

Took my Audi A4 in as there's a tiny spot of corrosion/bubbling (which will get worse) on the bootlid near the glass. Yes the car is nearly 12 years old but in immaculate condition throughout apart from this.



Some lad come out from warrenty department and had a look and said its not covered under the Audi 12 year paint corrosion warrenty. I asked why, he said it's because it's near the window and the glass has been removed. So I argued it's still the Genuine Audi glass that's date marked correctly to match the vehicle so it is the original glass in the car that's never been replaced. He then said its been tinted and glad has been removed for that. I said WHAT, for a start it's not tinted and second they wouldn't remove the glass to tint it anyway. He then tried to say a stone chip has caused it. At this point I was getting annoyed

trying everything to get out of a warrenty claim, how the hell can you get a stone chip on the boot. Either way, there is no damage whatsoever on the boot that could have caused this corrosion. He didn't seem bothered and sent me on my way. For a premium car, I'm not happy with the customer service at all. All this paint corrosion warrenty is a farse. As usual, it's not covered.



Emailed Audi twice with photos but no reply whatsoever.



Shame really as this was my first Audi but now I know nothing is covered under warrenty, I won't bother spending my hard earned cash on another Audi again.

Standing there for 30 mins being ignored by every single person when we went with intention of ordering a new car. Very poor and have complained to Audi UK as not our first bad experience there.

Looked around showroom enquired with receptionist and was asked to take a seat, sat and sat, several staff came and got their coffee so in the end we just decided to go. Shame as I was looking to buy an A1 Quattro but service has definitely made the decision for me

I think i will be shopping elsewhere for a new car next time after paying extra for the body care treatment to find its been poorly put on!!! Dropped car off for a week whilst on holiday to have it reapplied and have come back to it not even been touched, unhappy with the customer service is an understatement �

Can't even be bothered to phone you back.... 3 times rang through to get to parts department got told they'll call me back...still waiting.... Not the first time been let down by these... Ordered and paid for a dipstick had to ring back myself after a month of waiting to be told it had been here ages.... Need to work on your customer service guys... Common courtesy springs to mind... Nice as pie when trying to get ya to buy a new car mind (must be good commission)

First time buying an Audi and it was great!! Alex was brilliant and helped with everything, my daughter was treated like a little star in the show room and nothing was too much trouble. Pleasure to go in and sort everything and the car is perfect 👌👍

First time at this Audi dealership and I must say that they did a great job of taking care of the car during its service and making me feel important whilst under their care. They seem to start work earlier than other dealerships which is great for people like me who start work early. Overall, I was very impressed with the attention to detail and found their regularity of contact to be extremely high - calling me at every stage of the service to both check I was happy with any extras being done / charged and to inform me of any faults or areas of concern that could be prevented. Very appreciative of the extra work that Jess did in bringing the total service price down as well.

Dropped in this morning after getting a noise from nsr tyre of my A5. Staff could not have been more helpful even considering we arrived 10 mins before the opening time. Car was checked and given the ok.

Was extremely disillusioned today when popping in to just confirm a detail on a brand new top of the range Audi S5 convertible which we ordered yesterday.

We were treated like some unwanted guests walking into the wrong house.

Reception staff were extremely cold and unhelpful, informing us the Salesperson with whom we did the deal yesterday was too busy as he was dealing with someone more important as this person was looking at buying 2 cars.

Is buying 1 x Audi S5 not business enough to warrant a bit of decency or customer service?

Ended up walking out ! Receptionist said it wasn't her problem !! Gobsmacked...

I'm not one for reviews, especially negative ones! and in the past I must say that Shrewsbury Audi have always come across as proactive towards the value of customer service. However after chasing up for my service and mot by email and telephone, still not getting a response to have to drive in this morning to speak to the service team.

Time to try another dealership I think.

Took my Audi A4 in as there's a tiny spot of corrosion/bubbling (which will get worse) on the bootlid near the glass. Yes the car is nearly 12 years old but in immaculate condition throughout apart from this.



Some lad come out from warrenty department and had a look and said its not covered under the Audi 12 year paint corrosion warrenty. I asked why, he said it's because it's near the window and the glass has been removed. So I argued it's still the Genuine Audi glass that's date marked correctly to match the vehicle so it is the original glass in the car that's never been replaced. He then said its been tinted and glad has been removed for that. I said WHAT, for a start it's not tinted and second they wouldn't remove the glass to tint it anyway. He then tried to say a stone chip has caused it. At this point I was getting annoyed

trying everything to get out of a warrenty claim, how the hell can you get a stone chip on the boot. Either way, there is no damage whatsoever on the boot that could have caused this corrosion. He didn't seem bothered and sent me on my way. For a premium car, I'm not happy with the customer service at all. All this paint corrosion warrenty is a farse. As usual, it's not covered.



Emailed Audi twice with photos but no reply whatsoever.



Shame really as this was my first Audi but now I know nothing is covered under warrenty, I won't bother spending my hard earned cash on another Audi again.

Standing there for 30 mins being ignored by every single person when we went with intention of ordering a new car. Very poor and have complained to Audi UK as not our first bad experience there.

Looked around showroom enquired with receptionist and was asked to take a seat, sat and sat, several staff came and got their coffee so in the end we just decided to go. Shame as I was looking to buy an A1 Quattro but service has definitely made the decision for me

I think i will be shopping elsewhere for a new car next time after paying extra for the body care treatment to find its been poorly put on!!! Dropped car off for a week whilst on holiday to have it reapplied and have come back to it not even been touched, unhappy with the customer service is an understatement �

Can't even be bothered to phone you back.... 3 times rang through to get to parts department got told they'll call me back...still waiting.... Not the first time been let down by these... Ordered and paid for a dipstick had to ring back myself after a month of waiting to be told it had been here ages.... Need to work on your customer service guys... Common courtesy springs to mind... Nice as pie when trying to get ya to buy a new car mind (must be good commission)
