Yesterday I visited Shrewsbury prison for the third time. Previously I have been on two paranormal events , this time I had a guided tour around. Firstly the staff are fantastic, very friendly and professional. Our tour guide (ex prison officer) was fantastic. Full of interesting facts of prison life. I would highly recommend the tour guides. Thank you for the fantastic experience couldn't think of a better way to spend my birthday.

We did the scream park last night for mine and my daughters birthday with friends, it was such a fabulous night really well acted and good layout had our birthday sang to us about 8 times haha!! ( and was made to sing it to myself by the butcher whilst massaging some eyeballs ��) So made our night a little bit more special can't wait for the next will defo be back xxxx

We did a over night stay and it was amazing the staff are all great the tour was better than expected by far learnt so much in fact we are thinking of taking thd kids for the day and show them what we saw should be able to give more than 5 stars thanks so much to the team will be back soon

We came on the History Day, and went under ground into the tunnels! I must say Jack was amazing, he has defiantly done his research and kept us all interested the whole time! I’d defiantly recommend the tunnel tour to whoever is interested �

The whole set up amazing staffs are very professional and know the prison and the history to a high standard friendly and defo are a hugh part to making my b day celebration one I won't forget the tour and talk was amazing I learn to a lot about prison life and the work that goes on for anyone who questions the unknown of spooks and ghosts this is one your and stay u should do I highly recommend it

The girls that did the tour were great, very happy to answer questions through out the tour. We did the 9pm ghost tour, bit chilly but really enjoyed it

Staff are awesome! Ex prison guard has done my tour twice, so informative and amazing seeing the prison in great detail. Been on tour twice, would go a million times. Well worth the money!

My sister and I had a fantastic time yesterday exploring the Georgian part of the prison through the underground tunnels. We didn’t quite know what to expect which if we’re honest actually made it all the more intriguing and exciting! An amazing experience to be led through these tunnels holding so much history. With our helmets, head torches and gloves (all provided) we were well prepared and safely led through by our guide, Lauren, whose knowledge and obvious love of this awesome place only added to our experience. Definitely worth a visit, would highly recommend. Thanks also to Ray and everyone on the team.

Today I went on a tour or the Georgian tunnels underneath the prison.

It was so interesting and I really enjoyed seeing a part of the site that only a few people have seen before.

Lauren, our guide was so good. Her knowledge of the history of the prison was amazing.

You are issued with helmets with lights and gloves to keep you safe, but really I felt like I was going on a real adventure.

I would so recommend this to anyone, whether you like history or not, it's so cool just doing something different.

I'm really grateful to have done this thanks for a great experience.

I had a great time learning about the Georgian part of Shrewsbury Dana Prison. Jack and the crew did an fantastic job. I learnt a lot this afternoon I didn’t know about the prison. I definitely going to recommend to all my family and friends to visit.

Had an amazing day today! Booked a private event which included battle archery, cell escape and horror maze.

First of all we were all checked into the prison and put in a holding room while we had our belongings taken off us and put into prison jumpsuits.

We were then taken to play battle archery in the prison yard which is so much fun! We were put into teams and played against eachother. Afterwards we were marched inside and put in handcuffs and locked into a cell for the cell escape. I wont give much away but its really enjoyable (although frustrating when you dont manage to escape � haha!)

Afterwards we had glasses of prosecco and mug shots taken. Our final event was the horror maze! The staff were great at staying in character and it was a great experience. Even if they made me go on my own �



Sophie was with us for checking in and battle archery and Paula took us through the rest of the events. Fab team and really made the experience great!

Would definately recommend for something different! Will hopefully be back soon for another event.

Had a fantastic tour of the underground tunnels 24th March. Lauren, our tour guide, is full of facts and has amazing knowledge which made the tour absolutely brilliant. Well worth a visit, can definitely recommend :)

Did the escape room last Saturday and was hilarious from start to finish. The 2 women working there are amazing at what they do and make the experience even more realistic. Can't wait to return for your porridge event.

After being tasked with organising a hen party I decided to book us in at the Dana, from the moment we arrived on Saturday we were laughing at ourselves and everyone in our group, Sophie and Stacey in particular were brilliant and made the day so much more than I expected, I can't rate this highly enough, and I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely loved it, cannot wait to go back. Graham was so interesting to listen to!

It was good but like others the waiting around was tedious. I'd have rather been banged up in a cell than sit in the bar area. It was clear the income from the bar was what they were striving for. A great experience but not everyone wants to get leathered whilst waiting for the next thrill. I would recommend it but utilise the vastness of the prison and maybe give the freedom of roaming if u want to.

Did the scream park last night as a friend won tickets , I thought it was good but could of been better . There a lot of waiting around inbetween, An think more could of been added to make it scary , still the staff were all great and acting there roles very well , thanks for having us , maybe bit more scare next time 🤡😁 xx
