Went to SMB as a result of recommends from FB friends. Booking, drop off and collection so easy and Michelle kept me well informed on cost, work needed and progress. New rear discs and pads needed and 2 new tyres. All done very quickly and at excellently rates. Very close to Cradley Heath train station if you need to get anywhere once car dropped off. Will definitely be using again for next service.

As a woman, it can sometimes be difficult trying to find a garage that won't try and rip you off but after a recommendation from a dear friend, I took my car into SMB. I'd had quotes from another garages and not only were SMB considerably cheaper but when they found the job too be different they sent me a pic to evidence the fault. Simon even came in on his day off to get the job done! Fantastic customer service, reliable and exceptional work at low prices. I will not take my car anywhere but SMB from now on and would recommend their work to everyone. Thank you Simon.
