I hope everyone is well & safe. As you all know it was hard at the weekend to say we were going to be closed , but I'm so glad now that I made that decision we all have to do our bit . Here we are as an industry on the official government list being told to stay at home. We at Smhearthair have clients & family that work in the NHS , I want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for being dedicated to keeping us all safe .... Important Notice It is with a very heavy heart that I have decided to close the salon untill further notice due to Covid -19 . As you all appreciate it is impossible for us to do our job and keep a safe 2 meters distance away from our clients. I feel that we all need to take steps towards keeping ourselves and others safe. As a lot of you will know 5 years ago I had an episode in intensive care on a ventilator myself as a result of a virus , I Absolutely DO NOT WISH that exp...erience on anybody ever , so I hope you will all understand that this decision comes from the heart with the best intention. I am extremely grateful to all of our clients for their undying support for the 20 plus years that I have been hairdressing in Hayley Green, Thank you all so much, you are all more than clients you are have become like family to Myself , Heidi , Emma , Ilona & Jude . I will be in touch with each of you with updates on this situation. Ps , We are so proud of Ilona who is studying a Bio medical degree at university , she has been asked by Worcester Royal Infirmary to go and join a team of helpers 💖. Take care & stay safe . We hope that everyone is managing to cope amid the situation we all find ourselves in. We want to let you know that we are still open and that we are taking every precaution possible to keep a safe environment in the salon , as well as extensive cleaning inbetween client visits we are trying our best with social distancing by only having one client each in at a time , so that no one has to worry about being in a crowded salon. We will stay open unless we are told we not to. Thank you to everyone for all the kind support we are receiving, stay safe and hope to see you soon. Xx
