Mohammad was so helpful tonight! He found us the perfect car seat, showed me (numerous times) how to fit it and alter it etc. Not only this but he also showed us how to fit our spare car seat that we had bought previously from somewhere else. Nothing was too much trouble, he was completely professional but also really friendly. Made it an easy shopping trip and I have already recommended someone else to go back to him tomorrow for their car seat! Thanks Mohammad �

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to staff working last night (9th December) in your castle vale store! Wendy in particular was amazing and so helpful she really went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and was incredibly friendly! So thank you for a great shopping experience because we know how terrible Xmas shopping can sometimes to be it was great to have such a friendly team of staff all feeling christmasy and happy to help with anything we needed!

A big thank you to one of your floor assistants called Chloe. She went out of her way to assist me tonight in the search of some cars for my nephew's birthday. She got the ladders to check the high shelves as well as looking and opening the stock that just arrived in store. She managed to find me two of the cars I wanted. Thank you Chloe.

Well after the appalling way my daughter was treated by a member of staff 2 weeks ago regarding my grandaughters bike I decided to return the bike myself today. I must say how well I was treated by the store manager Subnash and Carl. After inspecting the bike properly they found it was in fact faulty. So to the jumped up twat (Tom we think) who apparently seen on cctv that the bikes gears had been moved from one side of the bike to the other, I think maybe you're in the wrong job!!!!!!! I'm kind of sorry you weren't there today because you were definitely going to get a piece of my mind. How dare you call customers liars when in fact it's you who's full of shit. Probably a good thing you wasn't there to serve me today to be honest!!!

Why am I not suprised to see the awfully low rating this store has, wish I had checked before I made a purchase! Awful policy that returning my xbox x (cost over £400) as faulty with Microsoft reference to confirm return, this store would not refund because I didnt keep the box to return with the console even though it had been over a month old!! Who just keeps boxes?? Instead I had to settle for a replacement but they were keeping the box off the new one!!?? So if I have any problems with this one and I return it I still wont be able to get a refund because I dont have a box!! What a load of shit, this company goes against the Consumer Rights Acts which states they have one chance to refund/replace the faulty item and if you still have a problem then as a customer its up to me to choose return or refund but they are stating already that they will not refund now they have to keep the box! Appalling policy, appalling customer service and thought it was funny that I didnt want to co-operate with them after they dont want to co-operate with me. They have just lost a customer for their company as I wont return to another one for a purchase again!!

Well brought a game from castle vale store unwanted gift the seal was loose at bottom the so called manager refused to exchange saying that I had opened the game , the manager then opened the box to find a copy of a film in there not Evan the game I brought .totally unhelpful as if I would have the balls to return if I had done this . Phoned head office after waiting 45mins for them to answer to be told they won't help saying down to manager bull shit will never buy 1 more thing from this shop

Don't bother sticking with their opening times! They open when they want! I'm one very unhappy customer.....

Disgusted with the customer service received today when bringing back a faulty item... (confirmed by Oldbury store and exchanged �) the manager Mohammad totally lacked in people skills... extremely rude.. wont be returning to this store in a hurry...!!!!!
