Been everywhere to try and find a car seat that fits my car. We came here and Carleen helped us choose a car seat, she made sure it would fit in our car and that our baby fit in comfortably. Then after we brought it she then fitted it into our car for us and made sure it was safe. She is so friendly and she literally knows everything, she showed us how to work it and explained everything we needed to know. She spent so much time with us making sure everything was safe and that we were happy. So happy with our purchase, and all the other staff we spoke to were also really helpful and friendly :)

Took a faulty nerf gun back so they could exchange it, duty manager snapped a piece off and said it wasn’t whole. When my autistic son told him he was a liar he then started proceeding to shout at a 12 year old wearing ear defenders that no one should be shouting at him.

I get that you keep an eye out on people in case of stealing but to clearly follow my family for no reason throughout the shop is unbelievable. Yeah they were there long but the kids were seeing what to ask Santa for and they even bought stuff from there. But you have now lost customers due to blatantly making people feel uncomfortable, following them and that goes to staff members and security officers which half the time look unclean and scruffy in there uniforms. I’ll be making a formal complaint to your management and higher. You have made my children feel like they did something wrong when all they did was come in as customers and get treats with their pocket money.

Brought a bike from here for my 3 year old and paid to have it assembled. Just took it to Helfords and they have said whoever put it together should be FIRED it doesn't not meet British safety standards. Both wheels not aligned correctly. Front brake pad was missing. Both brakes had to be adjusted. Stabilisers not Alligned properly. Pedals weren't greased before being attached. Couple of washers missing. Wheel nuts not put on properly.



I was told the front wheel on this bike could of come off at any point my child was riding it!!!!
