Just visited your store with my 2 children, both are disabled. My son is autistic and my daughter is a quadriplegic and vented.

She contracted a horrible virus back in December 2015 when she was just 2.

She's only just started getting her confidence in going out and about, she is very aware people stare and point at her.



Your store was lovely and quiet today and Felicity was chatting away about what she wanted for christmas, when one of you amazing staff members approached us and asked if Felicity would like a soft toy (of her choice to take home)

All your staff are always friendly when we visit, but today they made my little girl smile and I just wanted to say thank you so much for treating her as a little girl and not some child with a disability

I visited yesterday evening to shop for my son's upcoming birthday. My newborn baby was crying for a feed and a lovely lady escorted me to a feeding chair to allow me to feed in the store. Thank you very much :) happy baby = Happy mum ;)

I did work experience there and had a really good time meet some amazing people

Huge thank you to Chelsea working on the customer service check out in the Newport smiths toy store today!! She went above and beyond to help me in store today, her customer service skills were probably the best I'd ever seen and were really appreciated. Helpful, happy, kind and patience of a saint! Thank you Chelsea!! What a lovely person x

Going here takes me back to my childhood they got everything you could think of on the shelves

Fab shop.. good prices.. great parking.. awesome selection of toys etc... some really good staff...(sadly some extremely rude staff)! Over all usually a good shopping experience

Everything is easy to find, good stock. The staff are really kind and helpful. My children love this place

Came in today to get my daughter a vtech karaoke machine which seems to be "the" toy for Christmas as it has sold out in loads of shops already. I had my daughter with me and obviously didn't want her to see. I asked a member of staff if he could take it to the counter so my daughter doesn't see it and he was really helpful, then the lady at the counter was super sneaky too, thank you both for helping me in my mission! I'm sorry i didn't get your names!

Went for the birthday celebrations yesterday. Got a goody bag for daughter and her face painted. Had a look round for preparation for list for Santa and her upcoming birthday. Store was ok.

Very disappointed that I've been ripped off. Paid for items to be collected from store when I arrive to collect was advised I had to pay again as items returned to stock and that a refund was on its way. 1 week on and no refund so effectively paid twice. Tried to contact the store but no one answering. Shoddy service!

Paid a small fortune for bikes for my children, paid extra for them to be ready built. Promptly hid bikes at my parents house. Collect Christmas eve night to discover my youngest daughters bike front wheel was flat and wouldn't pump up. Brought in today to be informed I would have to buy a new inner tube!!! As inner tubes aren't covered in the care plan due to wear are tear. My 3 year old daughter hasn't even sat her bum on it!!!? Surely this comes down to faulty goods? And after arguing with staff, the manager who obviously couldn't be bothered to face a cheesed off mother of four agreed in 'this occasion' to sort it. I've now been standing in store for well over 30 minutes while they do this kind favour...it isn't busy btw. Unimpressed especially at the amount I've lined their pockets with.
